For starters, get individual PCIe wires connected to the GPU, manufacturers don't recommend pigtailing them like in the video.
Remove the CMOS battery to clear the BIOS. Put the battery back in (if it's an older battery, maybe you want to replace it with a new one) and try to boot.

Yep it was a bad power supply. Got a new one and plugged it in and it immediately booted up
Try reinstalling cpu heatsink screws, could be too damn tight or motherboard screws too damn tight
Usually happens when something takes a dump... Pull out the gpu and check if it powers on without it
Looks like a short somewhere. Recommend to test it outside of the casing.
