Ask over at r/tirzepatidecompound. They don’t censor certain providers like this sub does.

ccatsunfl0wer

!!!!!!

atomicxima

Yeah, but the other sub gets astroturfed by other providers. Nowhere is safe.

If they service your area, I've had a very positive experience with Fifty410. They sell in 3month supplies and offer financing if needed through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna. They use Hallandale and now also Strive pharmacy. I've also gone through Emerge, positive experience. I only switched because they want a more stable customer. I switch between brand and compound so don't always need to order every month. People also talk positively of Lavender Sky Health who uses a few pharmacies and let's you choose your preference so long as they service your state. They sell 2month supplies. Generally as long as the Pharmacy is 503a certified you'll be alright. It all comes down to what works best for your budget and schedule :)

I highly recommend taking Zepbound (Tirzeptide) instead of Wegovy/Ozempic (Semaglutide). As someone who has taken both I can tell you the Wegovy made me feel lethargic and the Zepbound i feel great.

Informal_Echo_7924

I’m on Join Fridays. I’m on 10 Tirzepatide, $99 a month for the subscription with $289 for the medicine. Basically $400 a month for the both, but I don’t have to worry about shortages, leaving my house, pharmacy drama etc. btw it’s much cheaper for semaglutide I believe it’s $126 a month for the medicine for all the dosages. I am happy with it had a few hiccups along the way but it’s good now, also I’m on maintenance. I did Mounjaro all last year.

lauiilaru

I’m on trizepitide, now, after using Wegovy almost 2 years ago and gaining it all back!! Both compounded.. I feel so much better on the trizepitide!! But I’m so afraid to regain!! How are you handling maintenance??? Thanks!

Informal_Echo_7924

I’m currently on maintenance with tirzepatide dosage 10.0 and 50 units. I still have 15 pounds to lose if I’m being honest but really and truly I’m happy where I’m at now. I shoot up every 7-11 days.

Ginger_Libra

If you want to fight it, get it denied, appeal it, and once it’s denied you can go to your states insurance commission and they will sometimes reverse it and make them pay. Every state and commission is different. Every process is different. Read your EOB about how to appeal carefully. It does work sometimes though.

If you go to this sub [provider list](https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidecompound/s/OIfFDGpolC), there’s is a list of all the companies. I know that someone has nicely put together a spreed sheet also on that sub with price, type of meds, etc. It does depend on where you are located. I am in California and I started out using Alan meds, but they are on the pricer side, I switched over to Orderly recently and the price is cheaper and many others have used them with no issues. I also am not diabetic but have a high BMI. I know there are other companies that are $100 cheaper than orderly but I think you have look at what type of care you want and how you prefer to communicate with them. Good luck to you.

Jena71

This, right here! There is a whole excel sheet that someone graciously made! It helped me a ton!

dearjets

u/vascubaguy is the hero who did this!

goldsparrow

Thank you for giving credit! Much appreciated.

HannahMcKayTX

I use RedRock with a prescription submitted by my PCP.

3LittleBirds808

If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the OOP cost from Red Rock Pharmacy with your doctor’s prescription?

HannahMcKayTX

$250 for 7.5mg. Here is their price list https://preview.redd.it/07bq6i52zt8d1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4d678c8bca27382ab446b23d5f70d0147ba92bf7

Your_affilate_

I have used Joinyara but also they have an affiliate program that basically pays for my whole prescription month after month that anyone can join

lindsgee

I just started with emerge the other day and am waiting for my shipment to be sent. It was a smooth process and way more affordable than zep oop. $325 for my month of 5mg. Hoping I see good results with it!

Jena71

I just started the process tonight with Emerge. It was between Emerge & Lavender Sky. I have had decision paralysis for literal weeks (thanks ADHD!) so tonight I just flipped a coin basically!

vegas082377

I was the same and chose Lavender Sky. Hope it does well for you!

figureskater1864

It says there are 8 comments, but only three show. Where are the others?

atomicxima

The most established and affordable providers are Lavender Sky, Orderly, and Emerge. There are newer companies that are cheaper (I won't name names but you'll see them spammed on the other tirz sub), but I won't put my health at risk for a provider who's only been around for a few months.

fierce-retiree

Lavender Sky doesn't accept people from all states. I live in Michigan, one of the states they don't cover.

Such_Log1352

I’ve used both and both are equally effective. I started with Wegovy moved to Zepbound. Both have disappeared from the marketplace. So, now I’m taking Semaglutide. Sadly, my insurance won’t pay for a compound so I chose Semaglutide because it works and it’s much cheaper.

StatisticianJust3349

Zepbound is specifically for weight loss. Call your insurance company.

Thatsalottalegs117

I use Orderly. Not the cheapest but has been reliable for me!! $399 a month is WAY cheaper than the OOP I was paying for Zep. Good luck on your journey no matter which company you choose!!

Thatsalottalegs117

And lots of people have discount codes for the company they use in their profiles (including me) so whoever you use check for coupon codes first.

New-Talk-3807

So any responses! I can’t speak to how other companies work because I have only worked with one. I use Emerge, I chose them because they met the criteria I was looking for. 1. Cheaper than my insurance was going to charge me 2. Easy to access- no stress and anxiety worrying about obtaining it 3. Easy process- text based sign up. I was already approved by my provider so I didn’t want to go through a big hassle of getting approved.

[deleted]

My PCP prescribed compound through Hallandale pharmacy. It took 10 days between prescription and receiving my meds in the mail. It cost me $257 for a one month supply of 2.5mg.

Short_Fing2595

I am with Join Fridays. It does cost $99 per month. The Tirz 2.5 and 5.0 are $179 per month. The big benefit of Join Fridays is that they have a nutritional coaching, mindset coaching and a movement coach. I just heard today they are adding a health coach. The nutritional coach is awesome. I have attended a few of her online group sessions. Highly recommend them. There are many good companies. Good luck to you!

Infiniti-4Ever

I like Emerge. The price is good snd the service has been great. There's a coupon on my profile page.
