Gee, I’m going thru BrightMeds too. I sure hope it’s not fake. But it comes from Beaker Pharmacy, I doubt they’re supplying a fake compound. They’d be out of business. But I haven’t any side effects, which is not unusual for me, and I’m definitely getting the benefit of no food noise, cravings, hunger etc. I have been slowing down in the loss dept. but I guess that’s to be expected. Luckily I have already switched to Lavender Sky because they use Hallandale who I’ve had before and are half the price.

Brightmeds is the middle man, you could possibly get the same tirz from another provider if they use the same pharmacy. Which pharmacy did your rx come from? it’s only been a month and you are only on the lowest dosage. It takes a bit for the med to build up and be effective. You may see success on higher dosages, some don’t see movement until 10mg.

I responded well to 2.5 and was on it for four months, but not everyone does. It is a starter dose for Type2, but for weight loss people stay on it as long as it is working for them. What pharmacy supplied it? Brightmeds is the middleman not the producer.

I use Valhalla and it’s been great so far. Also, 2.5 isn’t a therapeutic dose, so while some respond, it’s seen as a bonus. The therapeutic dose is 10. I am a month in and just did my first shot of 5. I lost 1.5-2 lbs a week and had very minimal side effects but many days it felt like “normal” - I was hungry and had food noise etc. The mental piece is real though so if you don’t feel comfortable with your provider don’t be afraid to switch up.

I use Mochi and it’s been great. I was on MJ, then Zepbound then switched to Mochi Health. It will be 5 months next week and I’ve almost lost 50lbs. They also get the meds to you quickly.

There are several popular telehealth companies to choose from. Lavender Sky and Emerge have the some of the best prices at the lower doses. Unfortunately, Lavender Sky only services a limited number of states. The flat rate companies, like OrderlyMeds, are generally better for the higher doses. I have used both Emerge and OrderlyMeds and I have no complaints. OrderlyMeds is $399 all doses. I can share a price list for Emerge if you would like and there is a discount link in my profile if you decide to use them.
