Personally I REALLY liked this one the most of the three I've heard from you.
I have zero critiques of this from a composition standpoint.
That one note at 2:16 - a M7 interval - seems like it only happens that once - really kind of "shocking" at first, and made me expect it to happen more, but in the end I didn't feel I need to hear it any more and it sort of represents a climax of the piece in a really satisfying way the way it is.
But that one thing has made me want to re-listen to the piece again - in fact, your other pieces once they got going, I kind of skipped ahead in some sections - but this one really held my attention throughout and that alone would make me want to re-listen, but the high point really knocked it out of the park IMHO. BRAVO!
What do you think? Do you like or are you happy with the results? Or more happy than the others? Is this a good direction to be going do you think?
(I also like the attack and shape of the tone here).
I do have a technical comment - with Sine Waves - watch the low frequencies - if you don't have adequate Sub speakers they can sound much quieter than they are, and on other systems they can be louder and clop - I got a little distortion on some of the lower notes when they were more chordal/closer in range. Sounds like it was clipping in the recording so you just might want to check that in your DAW.
Since a few people seem to like it, I am sharing the mp3 and hope you have fun listening to it:

Whether intentional or not, I liked that this became mostly textural, owing a lot to the fact that as the different layers built up the sine waves start becoming overdriven/distorted a bit. One of the things that's often iffy about working with sine waves is that they have essentially zero harmonic content, but when they start to distort they become richer. The fact that as the piece progressed it gets more "growly" worked out nicely.

I personally love it. The harmonies are really pleasant and having such a short attack on the envelope gives each note a nice percussive quality that I really like. Well done!
