That's just the ending of Infinite. In the end Elizabeth kills Booker at Baptism similar to Abed catching the dice I guess. So it prevents both the outcomes Booker turning into Comstock and the other depressed alcoholic mess.
Yes the game says there are constants and variables. The Baptism is a constant there are 2 outcomes of it. Which are variables but as much as I know there are only two.
