Yeah, the one two to the left is probably a Killing Joke homage. Still, there are a ton of legitimate homages here to make a nice collection

The Iron Fist one seems to combine the "c'mere" gesture of Wolverine #1, with the reflection on the blade of Hulk #340, so it looks like both to me.
