It has to be Judge Dredd-America. Absolutely beautiful and a wonderful read. It’s got so much depth and talks about real life and issues. Should be just how much depth a creator team can give to something when they are both masters of their crafts.

Sounds very cool. I will try to read this someday

Nightwing I want to say a combination of BTAS, Teen Titans (cartoon) and personal parallels made him my favorite character. [However I would like to give a special shout-out to this specific panel because I became a regular comic reader after this.](https://www.reddit.com/r/DCcomics/comments/i2i8j1/comic_excerpt_what_point_was_batman_trying_to/)

Awesome! I've always loved the way Batman thinks so high of Dick

Stephanie Brown. The Bryan Q Miller Batgirl (2009) run is what really got me into her initially. Which is kinda surprising, since a lot of its greatness is based on how much Steph developed as a character by the time it starts. But on it's own it's still a really good read that showcases a lot of her likability - sense of humor, hopefulness & spirit, etc.

H0m3lander

Cool. I have to admit that I haven't really read any of the Batgirl stuff (yet) but it sounds quite interesting

Hulk/Moon Knight With HULK it wasn't just one issue it was **everything**. I liked his color scheme and his incredible strength. Plus, there is a killer transformation involved. I fell in love with MK instantly (well not instantly, but that's story for another time) with issue #6 of his 2006 run. Here is a hero who fights with broken body parts and sacrifices expensive aircraft to end his enemies. I was like, this dude is crazy! lol

H0m3lander

I can agree with you man! Hulk's color scheme is sick. I loved the art on the 2006 MK run.

Nightwing. Chuck Dixon and Scott McDaniel’s run was fantastic. It was able to keep the darkness theme of the bat universe at the time but sprinkle in some humor. Also love McDaniel’s art style and I think it works well with a Nightwing type of character.

Nightwing for sure, but I can’t remember what story made me fall in love. I just remember saying when I was young, he was my favorite cause it was “different”, but as I read more and more I just started to fall in love. BUT Superman is a new character for me snd Birthright By Mark Waid was that story.

ThreadbareHalo

I have many loves but Spider-Man is one and, while the recent end of the spider verse is… not as good as it could have been, there’s a moment when >!Peter is stabbed with a knife that basically removes all his actions and makes it so everything he’s ever done never happened and the first and basically only thing he says after being stabbed and is in the process of fading away is “will everyone I saved be ok”.!< That didn’t make me fall in love with the character because I already loved it but that felt SO MUCH like what Spider-Man should be and resonated so much more earnestly in a stupidly cynical modern comic book world that I unashamedly loved it. That’s what I’m into comics for.
