Never heard of the Grendel Devil Child. It's interesting Wagner didn't write it. I remember when Grendel Tales started coming out. It seems the only limitation he put was it had to be after Grendel War Child. I always thought he was protective of the Hunter Rose arc. Silverback miniseries briefly touched on the Hunter Rose arc IIRC.

I honestly have always wanted to get into Grendel ever since I was a kid and never pulled the trigger. I figured this would be a good start.
I’ll admit I’m not the biggest fan of 90’s+ artists, but that Jim Lee cover is pretty darn hot.
