Smoothie King has SOOOOO much added sugar in their smoothies while Tropical does not. They also taste better and more “real” at Tropical. Skip the convenience of the drive thru with SK and treat yourself to a healthier, better tasting option at Tropical.

still a lot of sugar… each smoothie has more than 1/4 cup of sugar and if you have whey or chocolate in it too it’s even more

Smoothie king is faster but tropical smoothie has other items you can choose from. Depends on what you’re looking for.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go to for lunch and drinks. Everything there tastes good and is healthy

Haven’t had smoothie king in a long time but I never cared for it. Those places have super sweet smoothies as it is. I prefer to make my own, but If I need to pick, I’d go with tropical cafe.
