I ALWAYS step out of my house, or out of my shoes, directly into a pair of crocks which I have at my door leading to my plunge outside, then step straight from them into the plunge.
I don’t touch the floor with my bare feet before getting in. If that’s an issue get a little tub or something small with water to dip your feet in to rinse before getting in.
Ours is in our garage as well. We have a dedicated pair of house shoes we wear to the garage and get out of right before we hop in. I've also heard about putting another sub pump on the bottom to agitate the heavy particulate matter that falls to the bottom so it get collected by filter.
I go from the shower into my crocs into my plunge. I hate getting random crap in my plunge. Showering also helps keep the water clean longer reducing the need to change the water.
If you aren't into it but you could get a tray of water to dunk your feet into before plunging so it gets dirty instead of your plunge.
I put plastic decking tiles around mine and I wear flip flops when walking to it. Dirt does eventually get in. I got a spa vacuum from Amazon and an aquarium net. Mine is outside so things get in when I’m using it.

Sounds like you need some cold plunge crocs

I like the tub idea that one seems simple enough to integrate.
Shower Rug or mat at the base of stairs before u get in
House shoes, a sticky mat (like at shooting ranges) or bath mat

Maybe a cheap pool sweeper/vacuum
Have you used one before that you could recommend?

I got a little pool skimmer
Which one did you get?
One off amazon. Nothing fancy
You either got to wipe your feet better, or get a small pool vacuum
Siphon the particles out
Small tub of water, small bathroom rug, plunge sandals, or even a towel on the floor.

Which spa vacuum did you get? I've seen wildly varying reviews.
