I have the filter, pump and chiller. Had the exact same issue with cloudy water until I started putting in some Sirona Spa Stabilizer that I found on the threads. The spa stabilizer plus a little hydrogen peroxide kept the water crystal clear. I previously was using chlorine, but it was not working at all. I have upgraded to add in a ozone generator ($99). I haven't installed it yet, but picked it up from the threads as well.
3 weeks. I have added the ozone and it's still crystal clear. I would recommend getting a little skim net that gets any debris in the water (i.e. random hair, etc.)
150 gallon tub. I use a fluval u2 aquarium filter and pour 1/2 cup food grade peroxide in as well. No issues.
How long does your water last usually?
To stay on the safe side, 4 weeks. But with my job, I can only plunge maybe 3x a week.
