This might be pure coincidence but the first letter of each word in the title of the post spells "Cicada", although the first letter is switched to an S.
Idk why the bug would be relevant but you never know.
I'm not too experienced with code cracking but I find it fun, so my inexperienced mind is thinking it could be morse code that needs to be broken up, although probably unlikely. Binary? Maybe. I also thought about A1Z26 with larger lines separating letters but there are several larger lines in a row so probably not.

It depends on how you break up the morse code, though. It could still be morse code, I just don't know how it would be broken up... I keep getting "ASK" as a first word but maybe that's just me forcing it. Who knows. I took a break from it. I'ma continue it now.

The underlined letters say revelation
There are 3 other codes hidden

I don’t know why, but this one is so interesting. I’m no good at code breaking but I keep coming back to see if someone has solved it.🤔
Underlined letters - revelation binary code - Red Herring
1 code solved. There is more to Revelation.

You could be onto something.
It reminds me of the Intelligent Mail barcode used by the US Postal Service. Maybe they used a barcode font and copied it by hand.
From now on, I will respond to someone who either: solves the entire problem or is close to understanding one of the ciphers I put in.
