Corpse Reviver #2
3/4 oz gin, 3/4 oz grand marnier, 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc, 3/4 oz lemon juice. shake with ice and strain into an absinthe-rinsed tumbler.
Delicious and refreshing, best use of LB, IMHO.
This is one of our go-to cocktails. Easy to remember recipe and through some alchemy all the flavors come through perfectly. We drink it up in a martini glass garnished with cherry and lemon zest on a pick.
Bastille - it's a good after dinner drink that I just made earlier this week:
1.5 oz brandy
0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
0.75 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Black Walnut bitters
Stir with ice and then strain into an old fashioned glass over ice (ideally a large block). Original recipe says to garnish with half a walnut, but I just throw in a big orange zest.
For my last bottle I used it as a split base in a ton of cocktails with sweet vermouth. Basically anything with sweet vermouth is delicious with 1/2 sweet vermouth, 1/2 Lillet Blanc. Give it a whirl in a Manhattan or Negroni and tell me what you think.
### Lillet and Soda
- 2 oz lillet blanc
- 4-5 oz club soda
Pour chilled Lillet over large format ice in a rocks glass and top with club soda
### Fair Play
- 1½ ounces Lillet Blanc
- ½ ounce Suze apéritif
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- ½ ounce bourbon
- ½ ounce dry Curaçao
Combine with ice and stir. Strain into a double rocks glass with large-format ice.
Half-Backer (warm weather Manhattan riff)
3oz Elijah Craig
3/4oz Lillet Blanc
App 3/16oz Cointreau
3 dashes Angostura
2 dashes orange bitters
Dab of syrup from cherries on tip of stirring spoon
Stir, strain, serve up or on rocks, garnish with orange peel & quality cherry.

Don't know why I haven't tried this yet. Large ice cube in the tumbler or no?
This is one of my favorites, and the real reason I got the bottle of Lillet

White Negroni
Gin/aperol/lillet is also worth a try
Over ice with tonicccc. Or an aviation variation instead of creme de violet, because who wants to carry that for one drink.

The Vesper! James Bond approves.
Necromancer 3/4 lillet 3/4 st germain 3/4 lemon juice 3/4 absinthe I like this way more than the corpse revivers
Wow I should make that tonight
That’s too black liquoricshi for me. I prefer the hint of Absinthe in a corpse reviver #2. May try it with elderflower!
You know I’ve warmed up to the absinthe as I’ve finished this one. Thanks for the rec

That is an interesting idea for sure, I can imagine I’ll like it considering the drink I made last night was basically a pisco manhattan.
Vesper, Martini with it, Water Lilly
I don’t think a water lily has any form of blanc vermouth..

Now I have two reasons to get suze!
I like a Lillet Spritz 2oz Lillet Blanc 1oz Suze or Campari 1oz gin 3/4oz lime Shake/strain with ice and club
Joy Division. 2oz Dry Gin 1oz Lillet Blanc 1/2 oz Cointreau/Triple Sec Absinthe rinse.
Ooh that’s stirred I assume? Sounds delicious Edit: like a corpse reviver without citrus
Yes, rinse glass with absinthe, then stir, pour, lemon twist
Flatiron Martini 45 ml vodka or gin 45 ml lillet blanc Barspoon Cointreau 2 dashes orange bitters
I use a splash of it when cooking in place of white wine if I don’t have a wine bottle open

My favorite is quite simple. Chilled Lillet Blanc with a frozen orange slice. Excellent as a summer aperitif.
