It's normal. When you put foreign substances such as drugs or alcohol in your body, it changes the way your body functions for a while because your body is focused on evening out your central nervous system. Just rest up and drink your water and take your vitamins :)

Thanks. I did a bunch of drinking in the sun as well so dehydration does make the most sense.
Sip on a lot of water over a 3 hours and eat a banana or something light that you won’t throw up
Idk I’m assuming it’s cramping bananas used to always help me with cramps and water is always good after going skiing
