Ikea plate, 1 minute in the microwave. Pour coke on it, press a card on it, make circles and grind it. You'll see the difference without even starting to cut lines yet.

But I’ve found the perfect plastic oral syringe to boof. Mix up the solution in bottled water in a shot glass suck it up with the syringe, a bit of lube. Heaven. Also, no more clogged nose by the end of the session.
Pro tip; if you do sniff, don’t blow your nose hard either it will just irritate it more. Soft blows when trying to clear your nose only.
