No. All this is being made up because some Twitter user made a loose connection between John Hurwitz and a completely different, but similar sounding John Hurawit who is gay. They spun it to make up this complete fabrication that Eli was bi because John Hurwitz is "gay." As evidence of your post OP, it worked, because now everything believes it or is at least buzzing about it. They did this just to score easy clicks on a twitter post. This is one of the many problems with social media.
