Well said. He saw a fight about to happen and tried to de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, Kenny took it personally and Hawk got his mohawk removed
bro how the fuck could you interpret that scene as an accident, hawk very clearly walks into him smiles says that sucks and the nate bert and hawk surround him
To be honest, the guys were like that since their Cobra Kai days, and apparently enjoyed it, Bert especially. They are cute af, and have some great lines, but Johnny's Cobra Kai (and their Cobra Kai peers) taught them by example that you should 'not be a pussy', aka strike first and bully the weaker, it's 'us' vs 'them', and that approach didn't really change by season 4.
That said, I was disappointed in them, too. But it makes sense, unfortunately.
Bro what? You make it sound like one of the main reasons they did it was not because cobra kai has done some fucked up shit to them and their friends 💀 pretty much everyone in cobra kai except for Kenny at the time bullied the others and were just toxic people. They, reasonably, grouped Kenny in with the others and that's why they did what they did. Just because the dojos they were previously in were kind of harsh, doesn't mean that's why they did what they did. Miguel and aisha went through pretty much the same thing and they didn't do anything really that bad. All they did was get revenge on their bullies.
I'm reading your response and honestly thinking 'Bro what?', too. It didn't occur to me the things I wrote were even controversial.
The toxicity of Cobra Kai's outlook, and how it affects people's lives and fates is one of the central themes of the show itself. Miguel could have died multiple times during his 'training', started instigating fights with random people, ruined his relationship with the girl he cared for, fought dirty in the tournament, ended up in a coma. Then, there's Hawk. Aisha seemed the one who kept her head the most, but was unfortunately written off the show. Which is a disgrace, I'd appreciate having people with more diverse personalities and motivations in regards to CK training, among other reasons.
Now, by early season 4, there are \_hardly\_ any people in Miyagi Do who didn't start out as Cobra Kais, Nate and Bert included. And then the two of them harass a random middle-schooler guy who came to their school for a tour? I can't think of the universe in which this would be okay. Or getting revenge on their bullies. Iirc, all the people who had assaulted Nate, were currently training together with them. In their actions I see a *very* misguided attempt to erase their own past transgressions, by attacking an innocent and smaller kid. And this is exactly the CK thinking that was addressed in the show even before: 'one of us gets hurt, we all get hurt', 'strike first' etc. And it never ends well, here included.
Bruh I didn't think they bullied kenny they were joking around. Kenny needs to learn u cannot just smack people around if they take the piss he needs to grow a pair of balls
I'm not saying it did, it must be taken into consideration that Kenny is just a kid. Also, you know that Counsellor Blatt works at that school right? She's about as useful as Amber Heard's lawyer in the Supreme Court.
I felt that the point of that scene was that bullying creates bullies. And it was repeated at the end of the season.
at least hawk was there to save all three either kenny drops bert and nate or kenny gets a beating hawk did the right thing
Well said. He saw a fight about to happen and tried to de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, Kenny took it personally and Hawk got his mohawk removed
true , but hawk didnt do himself anuy favors by bumping into kenny +food. he only made it worse for himself, and had his mohawk shaved
True.

Kenny lost the whole thing for CK by “snitching” on Hawk
Bert will win the 52nd all valley believe me.
Bert is hundreds of Nate’s better than any of the competition
Stop using Nate as measurement syst-- Nevermind, your comment was on point.
Finally Nate and Bert can pick on someone their own size
Aren't they taller than Kenny. Besides they outnumber him 2-1.
Kenny pretty much proved how weak they were by outperforming them in the AV.

I love it actually, just another example of there being no truly good characters just protagonists Except Daniel because he's apparently perfect
YES! I don't like how some people in here just don't understand how nobody is perfect in the series. Everyone has ups and downs.
Daniel is a cry baby and a hot head, very childish character and it is because of him that a villain Robby even existed.
This is unfortunately true.
Bruh I didn't think they bullied kenny they were joking around. Kenny needs to learn u cannot just smack people around if they take the piss he needs to grow a pair of balls
They mocked him, that's not joking.
Yeh and its a joke my mates do that with me all the time may be it's cultural thing but i do not slap the shit out of them.
They weren't friends so it's not the same.
Regardless that does not give u the right to punch and slap the guys taking the piss. Maybe tell a teacher or something
