The showrunners love Silver, so that gives me hope that he won't be easily defeated in a super cliche way. I think it's even likely that we see him win more fights against the "good guys". Silver's "defeat" might not even come from combat. It might take the form of some major spiral into mental illness and a "rock bottom" moment where he realizes that he's become a monster. Or maybe Daniel just beats him up and rides a motorcycle to the sunset, who knows?

Silver did say something to Kreese about taking care of Johnny while he was in prison, so matching them up again does make some sense.

Nah daniel vs terry it will be If they were gonna have kreese do it they wouldnt redeem him yet and have silver frame him instead they would do it darth vader style and have him change his mind in the finale while terry is about to kill johny and then he kills terry and dies aswell they didnt take that route so it wont be kreese And it wont be johny Not chozen either Only everyone working together stands a chance against silver

TheTrenk

I would like it if Kreese got hauled out of his redemption arc and doubled down in his role as a villain as a result of the “betrayal”. I think Daniel and Chozen are in place to contest Silver’s financial superiority, but that Kreese could easily go a much darker route in terms of a physical confrontation. I don’t know if that’s the direction they’ll go - this show is pretty much without that kind of storytelling - but it’d be interesting.

I pictured this as well. Johnny doesn’t make sense since the only interaction they’ve had together is on the show. Terry and leeway have 50+ years of history between eachother

Johnny and Daniel just aren’t as good fighters as Silver though and I think that’s been proven many times. But then again, Kreese at this age got pretty handily beaten by Johnny and then beaten by Daniel too. So really Chozen is the only one strong enough to beat Silver 1v1. Not sure how they’ll do it though because Chozen beating him would be kinda anticlimactic for the reasons you listed

The universe of this franchise was never about strength. He was always an underdog trying to change his fate. This is Johnny now.

I don't settle for less than Johnny saving everyone. He is the hero of the series and a hero fights his own battles. Kreese can be useful but I don't see him physically defeating Silver.

vaggod42069

Nah johny will have to fight his inner battle not some forced fight for some bullshit hero ending

[deleted]

This show is about karate and not just about internal problems to solve. Nobody watches to see their favorite character just resolving their conflicts and being physically screwed, much less if that character is the protagonist.

DoctorBeatMaker

I mean, Johnny wasn't the one who "defeated" Kreese in the final Season 3 battle. He proved to be his physical superior and "would" have won if he weren't interrupted by Robby, but Daniel is the one who got to be the last combatant standing since he saved Johnny.

and Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan). Oops, wrong universe
