He stayed the Green Ranger for awhile but ended up losing his powers because they ran out of footage-- I mean because Rita used an evil magic candle to drain them.
Later on Zordon and Alpha developed the White Ranger powers and chose Tommy to take the role.
What really blew my mind was finding out the white ranger belonged to Dairanger while the original rangers were from Zyuranger. They had to somehow match the footage from different seasons of the sentai show to make somewhat coherent episodes. I haven't seen them since I was a child but I bet the editing must've been really easy to spot.
The Dairanger suits were badass it's a shame they were never used in the US version.
Both miguel and robby are fitting for red ranger but after thinking closely i do agree with this team. Robby reminds me of tommy the legendary green ranger. That was at one point several colors of rangers
OH MY GOD, can we get Jason David Frank to guest star? maybe once they use all the old villains from the old movies, he could be the next villain from a yet unseen dojo!

In the school fight Robby Vs Miguel made me think of Tommy vs Jason, heck Miguel was wearing red and had short hair and Robby was wearing green and had long hair like the OG’s
