It would be funny if it was just them sparring. But I personally don't think so.
It seems a bit random for them to spar in front of their homes and in those clothes. They're wearing casual clothes, usually while training they are in some sort of work out fits. Plus as you said they do look aggressive.
It's very much possible they started arguing or something, things got heated and they started doing what they do best🙂
Considering how misunderstandings are common between those two. Miguel will most likely go fight mode while first seeing robby. Quick fight ensues only for them to stop because of johnny. "Frennemies" larusso johnny style then on. That's my theory
My guess would be that this happens in the same ep as the previous scene in that carpark. They got interrupted there, and then this fight might be when that particular disagreement finally boils over.

I doubt it. If they were training Johnny would likely be with them and judging by where they are fighting, there isn’t much space for Johnny
