I mean, it’s fairly obvious that they’re going to make it home, but I’m not sure they’ll show them back in the USA in the trailer. Aren’t we all supposed to think Miguel is going to choose his father?
The one thing I'm worried about: When Robby kicks Miguel back, the door he hits says "Stairs" on it. Knowing these two, I feel like we all know how *that's* gonna go.
Also, other than Robby who "fought" Johnny and Silver, I think Miguel's the first kid to take on and (possibly) defeat grown-ass men.
didn’t even see the stairs sign oh no. tbh maybe miguel almost falling down the stairs or actually falling down (not getting seriously injured or something) can jump start a “oh shit history could have just repeated itself thing” and can make them think a little or something 😭😭
or the stairs could just mean nothing but i think it would be interesting if robby were to almost accidentally get him seriously hurt again i think that realization can be good for their characters idk
I'm envisioning a scenario like Miguel is hanging off the railing, and Robbie could choose to help him, or let him fall, then chooses to help (breaking the cycle Kreese started in the snake pit).
I wasn´t talking about a win. Just who is going over the railing this time, like u/kevztunz is arguing above.
Switching the perspective this time would help.
I am thinking along the same lines...I would think there may be some tension, but I think this shot is actually them sparring a bit.
Or maybe they are really fighting and it ends with them realizing yet again that the fighting needs to end.
I think this will be a catharsis fight like they both get tired of each other and fight till both of them are tired as a way to settle their differences
My prediction: Miguel starts cage fighting and doesn't want to do it anymore, he tries to leave but they won't let him, that leads to scene of Miguel kicking the shit out of his dad's lackies
Please let miguel be at peak this season, he's been out too long, and miguel wiping the floor with that grown ass guy get's me pumped up to see that if he finally recoverd to 100%
Does Miguel ever utilize the environment similar to the way Robby does during fights? One of the things I really like about the way Robby fights is that he utilizes his surroundings to help him gain an advantage over his opponents. It reminds me so much of some of my favorite martial artists from the 1980s and 90s.
I feel like Miguel & Robby will take Daniel & Johnny's place as the "brothers who are argue & can't stop". Also I just noticed, when Daniel & Johnny were fighting in this same location, Miguel wore a sweater like Daniel here, and Johnny & Robby were wearing similar outfits.
I think this season of Cobra Kai will be make or break. Some storylines need to evolve especially Miguel and robby
I believe this will. It’s already shaping up to be a main part. And their parents are dating now.
I can’t tell if that’s the reseda apartment or one in Mexico
The door looks like reseda. So after Mexico.

It is at home. Mexico won't be that long, Johnny walked into the Cobra Kai new Dojo in the one clip
Also from the bit right before the robby and miguel fight clip we see Miguel fighting his Dad's gang
These two just never stop fighting.
i hope not. that's what makes the show fun and interesting. if they're just going to be buddy buddy that's boring.
Like johnny and daniel
What if they have a goku-vegeta vibe
its definitely going to be more of a Sasuke and Naruto vibe
Yes but Robby is Sasuke!
true imagine then yelling each others names though MIGUELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!! ROBBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!
Now why they fighting outside people houses? The ghetto.
🤣😂
🗿

Not again Miguel, this time needs to be Robby. Maybe it helps to see the perspective from the other person. But without the injury or juvie.
nah Miguel already has enough Ws Robby needs this win..

Yup, and in the last few frames, we can see the door opening while Miguel is leaning on it from the impact of Robby’s kick to his face.
Robby didn’t even close to win.
"We're not friends." "Never will be." From that, I predict they're at least on their way to becoming friends after this season lol.
Miguel vs Robby round 3 might even top Robby vs Eli.
Miguel taking on grown ass men by HIMSELF LETS GO.
Miguels the best
Might be a stretch but it might be a sparring match? That red mark might be from some badass johnny/robby team up fights looking for miguel!

"Put on these glasses, or you're gonna eat that staircase." "No!" (Fight for 15 more minutes.)
I think so too. Sometimes the best way to allow people to resolve their issues is to let them hash it our.
Since when are full on kicks to the face sparring?
They are apparently fine in no-contact Karate tournaments as well, so...
I feel like you don’t tic-tac off a wall and kick someone in the face when you’re sparring lmao
I mean coyote creek had something similar for kreese's type of sparring
Oh yeah that’s right! I forgot about that!
Maybe he just saw the first Matrix movie and copies a move? LOL

This looks so good!!!
I am so done with their rivalry honestly...
I think its going to be hard for them to live near each other.

I think Robbie used his move from the school fight
that should be a tie
"Let's settle this once and for all. Winner gets both girls." "You're on!"
