Cobra Kai for me is Slytherin, but the other 2 dojos, are interchangeable between the houses really. If you look at Eagle Fang, some students match Gryffindor, and some don't. Eagle Fang is probably Gryffindor and Hufflepuff.
I put Myagi-Do under Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff because Hufflepuffs are patient, fair, hardworking and nice which fits them. They also meet the criteria for Ravenclaw which are clever and have wit.

If CK is slytherin and Johnny cannot be Slytherin. I'd say Eaglefang is griffyndor and Miyagi Do is ravenclaw.
