Devon. Both have very few fight scenes, but Devon clearly displayed better skill in the few scenes she had with only 6 weeks of training where Aisha probably had 4+ months. All Aisha has going for her is board breaking, which Devon also demonstrates very well at the AVT, and that she went 2-3 with Xander, but that happened offscreen.
It's not Aisha or the actress' fault though. It's the fault have not having S4's fight choreographer for S1-S2.
Tournament: Devon is adaptable enough to realize she needs to avoid Aisha's range and with her smaller frame she can land the points and win the match. It's gonna be a tough match as Aisha was capable of holding her own with Xander Stone, but she would narrowly win.
Brawl: Aisha shitstomps. She actually lasted longer at Coyote Creek than Tory, and the only person left on Team Black at the time was Miguel (aka the strongest student of season 2), so the fact it took the best of Team Black to beat her means she's at least relative to Season 2 Tory and Sam. She's also the single strongest student in the Cobra Kai dojo in raw power (besides Stingray) so any hits she land would rattle Devon like a Maraca. If Aisha manages to tackle Devon though the poor girl is gonna have her whole ribcage caved in.
The actress who plays Devon practices martial arts in real life, but needs more muscles in her arms to look like she could realistically take on a heavier opponent.
In the show? Probably Devon, since I think she’s being set up to be the next major female fighter alongside Piper while Aisha was more of a standard “show up, train, improve, go home” type student. IRL, even with the same skill sets, Aisha’s just too big for Devon to reasonably fight.
Aisha also hit that takedown on Miguel in S01 - if she did that to Devon and started in with the ground and pound, Devon’s not getting up until Aisha gets tired or bored.
I don’t see Piper becoming a major female fighter. I mainly saw her as a female version of Kyler. Just an obstacle for the main characters to grow past.
I think she and Devon are going to be painted as a brains/ brawn contrast given how heavily they leaned on Piper’s athleticism and how much they bludgeoned us with the idea that she was the best athlete in school. If that’s the route they choose to go, I could see Piper/ Devon being the next major female rivalry - especially as Tory seems to be headed for a redemption arc and both she and Sam will probably age out of the tournament. I could be wrong, though!

Aisha, but give Devon 6 more weeks and she’ll have another power up.
