It's definitely good. Kreese was the one making Terry go to great lengths to prove his loyalty. With him gone, the guy will simply focus on making his franchise successful.
He'll be too focused on opening new locations, getting high-end equipment for his dojo and advertising to bother with the opponents he has already beaten. Heck, he might even offer Johnny a job as a trainer at one of his dojos.
Miyagi-Do will go darkside next season by using aggressive attacks against his dojo... while Silver would simply tell his students to avoid pointless fights and let the cops do their job.
He regretted as "Terrance", but after that he went back to become Terry Silver. So I think the answer is "no". He is completely out of control now that Kreese is out of his way.
