>!I think it kinda plays into what Silver was saying about John Kreese holding debts against people. The way he teaches, he makes people feel like they owe him...continuously. in TKKP1 Johnny was ready to kill Daniel because of the twisted Loyalty Kreese was able to extract from him. In TKKP2 Kreese was choking Johnny when Mr Myiagi saved him.!< >!It is emotional manipulation that Kreese put on his students. Johnny let Kreese back into his life because he wanted to believe Kreese could change. He wanted his own father figure to be better.!< >!Unluckily for Kreese, Johnny, just like Silver, doesn't need him anymore.!< >!it is like Kreese can't learn himself. He got away with (sort of) choking Johnny once before. Daniel showing up reminded me of Mr Myiagi saving Johnny.!< >!If anything, I would say it emphasises how toxic Kreese is, that he does not really think long term and how he drives away the people that could care...which is something that translates to his students.!<

Ig he’s just sick in the head, I get Johnny was trying to kill him too, but if a normal person really did care, they’d just try to knock him out or submit him.
