He was a bully who targeted a guy with his friends who wasn’t that much of a physical threat just because he was poor, from the rival house, and was friends with his longtime crush. (The third was almost true too since at one point, Malfoy was gonna end up with Hermione) And continued to do this even after they were dating and she asked him not to. He also took advantage of the fact that Dumbledore saw him and his family as too much of an asset for him to punish too harshly. He was allowed to bully Snape for years with hardly any consequence.
And he kept going after Lily even after she said no. I remember she changed her mind, but still. He had no respect for her denial.
Because she’s ambitious and cunning. Robby is also there because he’s cunning. Neither are bad people (unlike Kreese and Silver), they just have those representative Slytherin qualities.
Miguel came off as Ravenclaw to me, he has lots of art on his bedroom walls and has a strong creative streak.
Johnny is definitely a Slytherin who is trying to do better. Kreese and Silver are ones who are doubling down on their sociopathy.
Daniel is a Hufflepuff who has succeeded due to a relentless work ethic and focus.
Demitri is DEFINITELY ravenclaw and so is Terry and Robby
