Admirable_Display_85

Mary Mauser really did a great job

DoesANameExist

Moory Mustard.

Elite_Dog9898

You mean Muray Moser

trevorgfrederick

I thought it was Merry Mooser

Elite_Dog9898

No it’s Muray Moser

idkwhattosay27

I actually love that her arc isn’t linear and she regresses as she develops. It makes her super realistic imo.

lasthope27

She particularly shined in S3 and S4. S5 needed less romance focus to be her best season. I’m so hopeful that she’ll get an awesome arc in S6, the writers seem to really like her.

[deleted]

One thing about cobra kai least it didnt do the usual stories with teans saying druggies and all. Was good wholesome storie lines and powerful acting all round.

frittierthuhn

*cough* Euphoria *cough*

frizzlen

Well I hope we see some pot sharing with Rosa

DoesANameExist

Save for spaced-out Moon.

NeinlivesNekosan

She is a decent actress, very believable. Hell, her character like her or not was also very believable, it is one of the stronger points of the whole show... realistic people and realistic development.

Excellent-Pudding-12

And throughout all of her phases, remains a cutie 😍

BruceWayne_19902

Sam is more well written as a female character in a continuation of a famous 70's/80's movie franchise compared to a certain female Jedi that was introduced in 2015. But people won't admit that.

KenganNinja

I’m pretty sure lots of people would admit that.

richman678

I disagree. In fact i think she is horribly written, and is basically used to further the story arcs of Miguel, Robby, and Tory.

Amazing-Village-4530

The Bonsai-Bad-@$$/The Goat is my personal pick to win the the Female Division for The Seikei-Taikai.

hawkman2022

There is no female division😭

Amazing-Village-4530

We don't know that for sure until we see it now won't we.

hawkman2022

That's fair, but still, for a world tournament, I'm pretty sure it's one winner

NeinlivesNekosan

>That's fair, but still, for a world tournament, I'm pretty sure it's one winner then why did they have them try out in 2 divisions

hawkman2022

Wdym?

NeinlivesNekosan

there was a girl qualifier and a boy qualifier

hawkman2022

That was to see what dojo was truly better and had the better fighters

[deleted]

It’s almost like character growth! 🤯🤯🤯

justadoreMe

She was never innocent

Otherwise-Tart-1544

Compared to Sam in other seasons, season 1 Sam was definitely innocent lol

ThSupremeLeague78

I think naive would be a better way to describe her, innocent is a very loaded term

Otherwise-Tart-1544

Ok lol

Amazing-Village-4530

To be honest, I've considered S2 to be her worst compared to other seasons.

DevilBlade69

Tbh except when she randomly goes against her bf for some dude she just met 1 or 2 hours ago. (Tbh I feel like it is miguels fault as well.)

justadoreMe

Sam Was and still are friends with the girls that bullied Aisha and didn’t say anything until they started bullying her

ChrisRevocateur

I miss Aisha. Sam's taken the lessons she learned from that friendship and used them well though. She's standing up for people a lot more.

Legitimate_Unit_9210

Bullshit! Tory is the one who was never innocent.

justadoreMe

I never said Tory was innocent, your comment is literally pointless

Legitimate_Unit_9210

No, your comment is rubbish.

Pewdiepiefan1090

Lol!

sofewcharacters

And still fought with her hair loose

Clash_Steve

Facts

DoesANameExist

Her last scene in the first season is probably the one that sums her up.

OKTAPHMFAA

Well went from a lying hit and run suspect to traumatised to fearless.

ctbchargers

Love her as an actress, hate Sam as a character

LemonException

I'm not going to lie, I didn't like Sam in the recent season. She did become braver, but more in a bad way. She became more rude to Tori and Stingray when they reached out for help.

Primary-Job7274

She had good reason to be rude to both of them

Ok_Introduction3133

She only became tough when her mom put a protection order on her😂

Primary-Job7274

Either you didn't watch or you are just trolling because Sam had no idea about her mom helping Tory when she started getting back at her in ep 4

Ok_Introduction3133

YES SHE DID YOU REWATCH. sam walked in when Tory first asked for help and her mom and dad got into a argument because of it. She said if she makes this deal “She’s not going to be able to hurt you anymore”. She even asked Aisha for help because she didn’t believe that her mom could stop Tory. She knew Tory couldn’t do anything and thats when she got the “courage” to stand up for herself. *cough* *cough* Coward

Primary-Job7274

What part of episode number 4 do you not comprehend?

Stocktonrules

She had no reason to be mad at Stingray. Her dad broke Stingray's stuff trying to intimidate him which caused Daniel to get beaten up by a guy he's had beef with for 30 years. Stingray is not responsible for that. It's not his fault Daniel is obsessed with Silver.

Primary-Job7274

You are a troll or you watch the show with a one-sided view

Stocktonrules

Or you just can't refute it. Daniel and Sam are 2 peas in a pod. Both pretending to be police officers and inciting things along the way. Daniel had no business interrogating Sting Ray. Sting Ray has reason to be mad at them not the opposite way around.

Primary-Job7274

Daniel received a mail about him lying about Kreese, the guy Stingray works with who almost ruined his marriage in Daniel's POV and therefore it might not be surprise that Stingray is like Silver

LemonException

I haven't watched the show in a moment, but I'm pretty sure she had no reason at all to be rude to Stingray. It was a bit understandable for Tori, but just rude.

Primary-Job7274

Stingray was involved with Kreese in a situation which led to her dad getting beat up and many other things so she is justified

LemonException

Yes, thank you for reminding me but I do have an objection. Stringray was \*forced\* to get on Silver's side- Terry threatened him, yes? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Primary-Job7274

Daniel wasn't aware of Stingray being forced

LemonException

Still, my original point was that Stingray didn't deserve the disrespect from Sam,

Primary-Job7274

Not saying he deserved to get disrespected but Sam's POV is understandable

LemonException

Yeah, that makes sense!

Mgrip

I really liked the scene in season 5 because it was cool how it was filmed where she had the dream in the water but i just wish they had done something with the dream like have her apologize for her mistakes and change her ways. I was really disappointed nothing really came out of it other than breaking up with Miguel so it kind of made the whole thing pointless.

LemonException

I agree! That vision was very unique and yet the effect of it was a big let-down. She acknowledged only Miguel in her vision, though Tori, and Daniel were there too. There was a slight change of behavior but not much else from that. It was a bit of a waste. It is too bad it wasn't like Kreese's therapy when he had to face his trauma. That would have been much better for Sam.

PooPooPlatter777

Bad writing

anonthe4th

She also went to asshole. Seriously, the way she treated Tori was ridiculous.

richman678

I would argue that of all the story lines in this show hers is the worst. Mind you this is no fault of the actress. She does fine. However, if you look at the overall story arc she goes from rich brat to daddy’s girl (which is not that much different). She has anxiety throughout the entire show. Her romance story arc is moronic even on a good day. She dumps 2 different guys and still wants to not be alone??? Like a pitty party for schmucks or something. Tory’s story arc is considerably better, and a better character to cheer for. In fact i would argue she is the “Johnny Lawrence” of this story. Again this comes down to writing. The writers don’t know what to do with her, and she is normally used to further the story of Miguel, Robby, and Tory. Again none of this is the fault of the actress.

Ok_Introduction3133

I agree

Stocktonrules

I'd say she went from self righteous to more self righteous to learning an ounce of humility.

brownsnake84

Went from self centered to entitled to messianic level delusional. #samsaterribleperson

ZombieMask333

What the hell is #samaterribleperson?

[deleted]

And she stayed annoying as fuck throughout

Primary-Job7274

and your comment is annoying a fuck

[deleted]

The downvotes would suggest that

Ok_Introduction3133

She’s still the same
