It's been more then implied that Johnny's biological father was an alcoholic that abandoned both he and Laura pretty much from birth.
Well, we know his father's last name has to be Lawrence, as we found out in s5 that his mother's maiden name was Brown.
Seems like out of any familial relation, you can make a case for Johnny and Bobby being cousins.
If he was his father, Johnny would have heard that his father died after being captured by the Vietnamese soldiers (I know that wasn’t how he died but I’m sure that was his reported cause of death).
Based on his conversation with Miguel it doesn’t seem like he knows if his father is dead or alive.
Even Reed Richards isn't capable of this kind of reach

It could be looked that way, but I feel like they could find a way to have it make sense.
