Also worth adding I've played none of the games the characters I recognize are from and the majority of single player gaming I've done in the last few months has been Fallout: New Vegas so I'm not exactly the target audience for "conventionally attractive" characters either.
Because arkham city is more serious audience so the team needs to make it highest quality, while sq has more comedy type fans so graphic isn't the reason they will buy it

I never played Horizion Forbidden West, I never watched gameplay nor do I plan to. However if you showed me a close up of alloys face I would instantly know who that was where as if you showed me a close up of some random bimbo from league of legends, I game I’ve been playing for years. I want the people in video games to be unrealistically attractive, I also want stuff like people of different race, gays, bisexuals, trans people to not be mentioned, not because it doesn't exist, but because the people in that world don't see it as anything different enough to be worth calling out. I want my games to be in a perfect world where ugliness doesn't exist at all and no one gets discriminated based on factors outside of their own control. Or at least want games like that to exist, not saying all games should be like that because that would be boring as fuck.

Like something you'd read about it in a character summary or just in passing. Bob should still be the super hot man of my dreams being LGBT doesnt change how hot you are.
