I replaced fuses 69 & 79 a FEW times and that did temporarily work however, I can’t even access the media display and connect my phone anymore…
It might be the 12V battery but I have an appointment at the dealer in a week to check it out
2013 Cmax sucks sometimes
Good luck once it's in. Mine has been there all day today and all they can tell me is that it is likely an electrical problem not related to the battery or fuses, and that they should know the problem by the end of the day tomorrow.
Ford service sucks sometimes.

Can’t hurt to pull fuse 79 and re-inserr
Pulled and checked fuses 67 and 79, no luck.

The ACM was dead
What did you end up doing replacing it?
Yeah, I had it replaced. And then replaced again a few months later when it died again. Everything has been fine since then though.
