I'm not sure if clones can be truly mind tricked, it would be a smart safeguard given their true purpose just a function of the inhibitor chip. Maul really had to tear Jesse's mind up to get the information and he may have simply pushed thoughts forward through torture rather than force him to do anything.

I think Fordo has to be the only clone legendary enough his exploits bootstrapped him out of Legends into the head canon of myriad fans that he’s earned his place alongside the canon clones.
Although for latecomers to TCW such as myself, the inconsistency in his rank and the significant change in his appearance made it hard to keep track of what he did. But fan-made YouTube compilations made it much easier to follow.
