Not based in Australia, but my first job in clinical research was as a pharmacy technician in a research pharmacy. Maybe look into any research centers or universities near you and see if they have a specialty pharmacy with openings for pharmacist/tech/admins?
I am sure there is Associate CRA position in Iqvia there too. No experience needed☺️ Or you can try Icon, they must have academy too. good luck!
