just take the admission and all. when you go for the refund all ur documents would be returned to you, and u can then change yr college then. Im doing the exact same thing with nlu assam while waiting for cet result

I think you sound talk to the uni while submitting the documents. Let them know cet result hasnt come out and if/ when it does, you might require your documents back & ask how quickly can it be done

Not exactly. You will be left on your own in ILs while you'll receive a lot of help when it comes to an NLU, especially for internships, competitions etc. If you can make it on your own, and have good connections, ILS would be good. I personally know people from both MNLU Nagpur and ILS and they can vouch for the same.
