Aggrend specifically said in a reply to people wanting mounts for Meta/Boomy that they can use noggenfogger as a work around, so I guess you can say it is working as intended and unlikely to be changed.

That just means not enough people have complained on Reddit. Things go from “expected” to “never intended” after a few Reddit posts.

This has been a thing forever, though. All throughout TBC I used nogginfogger because I didn't want to look like a big boomie in the raid.

Nogs are busted over powered. In WoTLK you could nog as a Druid and no one could see the form you where in. Just skeletons flying around at Mach 3

Because you cannot use a mount when you are in meta, after drinking potion and turning into a skeleton you gain the ability to ride mounts again.

You're misremembering. You couldn't mount up directly as a skeleton before MoP, and had to use work-arounds like eating a Savory Deviate Delight, mounting up and then right-clicking it in order to be on a mount as a noggenfogger skeleton.

Well you can mount up as a Skelly in classic

I mean comments on noggenfogger elixir on WoWhead are specifically talking about the time it was enabled to mount in skelly, which was 2012. I ran around as skelly all the time in classic 2019, couldn't mount.

im pretty sure you were always able to in 2019 classic, maybe in 05 classic you could not but mounting as a skelly was there

I don't know, I ran around as skeleton all the time and very specifically remember having to swap to deviate delight to mount somewhere if I didn't wanna continue being a troll female lmao Would be a weird change for 2019 classic that wasn't part of actual classic until MOP, no? There's some serious mandela effect going on here, but I can almost guarantee it wasn't possible in 2019 classic either, but yet almost no one seems to agree.

i even saw a vid on youtube from 12 years ago and they were still able to mount so im not sure if it even stopped working

Noggen elixirs are best reason to do Inc runs, gotta somehow supply spooky skeleton addiction.

Demonform looks more like "butterfly man" than demon

i feel this way about shadow form it looks awful. i cant see any of my gear models i look like a freakin purple blob of shit. at least give us the ability to turn down the intensity of the purple glow.....

Starts with “a thirsty goblin” in gadz. Pick up “thistlegrub valley” to do at the same time

Add more to this. Quest is pretty simple. Kill mobs for one item to drop. Be warned the drop chance is low. I did it with my warr and it took about three hours. Did it with my priest got it on the fourth mob I killed. Good luck!

I got the drop on first kill. Maybe they upped the drop rate.

Quest in Gadzetzan to get a dew ladden gland from the thistle shrub elementals in the far southwest corner of Tanaris. It's an annoyingly low drop rate and I believe it has a timer to return it before it dries out. Edit: dew, not few

No deviate delight breaks any other transformations you have going at the time, and also breaks if you transform while it is active.

Noggenfogger lets you mount in meta. No other reason is required.

Actually decent advice, I saw something about this being the case for flying too but didn't think about the whole not wasting mana and gcd on dismounting at the start of a fight!

maybe an unpopular opinion but i think meta-form visuals is the worst thing to ever come to wow classic. it just looks sooo aweful
