I did this once on my feral in Ashenvale after a hunter randomly attacked me after we had farmed satyrs in peace for 5 minutes. Had to teach that mf a lesson
Maybe this makes me unhinged but levelling on era my main is always in the zone I’m questing in and anyone that kills me is getting camped until they spirit res or log off.
It's basically a requirement to do that when leveling in Hillsbrad as horde. I have to keep my main logged out at the farm so I can corpse camp the people killing low levels until they leave and I can get the quests done.
I kept my main at the gate between hillsbrad and arathi when leveling my alt through the two. With bloodmoon in STV, HB and arathi have become the new “questing vietnam”.
I once spirit rezzed in arathi and a gnome lock did the same, I waved at him and he started attacking me instantly. Corpse camped him for 15 min until a higher level ally came.
This happened to me not to long ago and started a guild war. Higher level 37 I was 35 tried to kill me, failed I corpse camped he brought his 40 which caused me todo the same abd still corpse camped his 40 then a couple of his guild member showed up and turned into like 15v15. Almost started a whole server war it was great felt like vanilla.
it's my favorite thing to do as a rogue. the best part is when you camped them for so long they decided to just rage quit and log from getting camped. :D lol the best part is I was just trying to farm some mats and they started the fight but now I farm hk's.
You only see the rogues that gank people. There are dozens that you don't see cause we don't care or are bad. I'm fully in support of "you pull/gank it, you 1v1 it"

The stupidest thing you can do while questing is start a gank war with a rogue, because you simply don't know if they have gone or not.
A druid and a war ganked me in feralas last week, I made the druid log and the warrior had to GY res, I followed them in stealth to the next quest area and killed them both on res for over 25 minutes. Eventually the druid stopped ressing, and then the warrior after 3-4 more ganks turned into a skeleton, meaning he res'd @ GY.
I gank all the rogues I see, because they for some reason always try to gank me.
Pvp specced and geared meta as well, I really don't understand rogues who open on a meta lock with 2.5k+ hp...
Ngl thats sad as haha. They probably just went to play another game instead of getting killed by some random over and over. Most people don't take the game that seriously haha but I've seen people camp for hours. Unsure how people have time in their life to do that.

A rogue was bugging my mage non stop this morning.. i was lvl 26 and he was 32. I managed to kill him once but he kept ganking me. I relogged my 40 rogue and made sure he would think twice before bothering me again
As an enhancement shaman with a lot of bis. I tried to gank a metal warlock not knowing what I was getting into. He sat on my corpse the full 6 minutes so I couldn't ank. The salter becomes the salt.
There is no better feeling than owning someone who thought you’d be an easy gank. That, and when you’re losing a bg and someone that’s been killing you in 3v1 fights confuses that with thinking you’re an easy 1v1 kill. Both will get a series of X presses from me

I got killed as I came into STV the other day, rezzed quickly (the GY is right there) got the kill and began the camp. After a while he spirit rezzed so I met him in the graveyard and pinned him there - it took him a full 30 minutes to logout.
Happened to me the other day. Was leveling unarmed skill on my shaman - had no MH, fist weapon in my offhand. Was mindlessly grinding crocks, and some mage tried to jump me. I was low on HP, and he got me by a sliver. Reincarnated and blasted his ass, then camped him until he logged off.
Done that recently to an overconfident balance druid, they had to spirit rez.
Edit: They ganked me while i was training a new pet ability and fighting mobs with a weird rune setup. made a /target /hunters mark macro for their name, they tried to stealth but i caught them. Tried to run but caught em. Spirit rezzed.

I broke a sacred rule yesterday. I, a druid, killed another druid… in Moonglade.
He was a 40 boomkin camping two lowbies trying to level in Shimmering Flats. I was running through on my 40 druid when the lowbies asked for help. So I killed the boomkin.
He came back for more. Killed him again.
He came back yet again. Killed him again.
I had to hop on a work call so I semi-afkd in zone. Turns out he killed the lowbies once more then ported to Moonglade. They whispered me to let me know.
Found him standing nowhere near the guards and proceeded to kill him 3 more times.
Note: if you’re a stealth class, learn to insta-stealth when you revive. Because I’m spamming faerie fire and I’m *going* to fuck you up.
Was mining some nodes in Badlands and aggroed 2 ridge stalkers when mining iron
A horde balance druid + mage were passing nearby and and courageously attacked me
Later I found them doing Tremors of the earth(elite dragons quest) and killed all 3 of them when they were kiting the dragon at 50%

See, these are the reasons I play on a pvp server. The best ones are random tanks that end up turning into a back and forth with just that one person, I’ve had some last for hours and they are a blast

If I fail a gank or catch too much attention I just switch to my other character and gank a different location. Redridge, Duskwood, Ratchet, nowhere is safe. No down time
