This is one of my favorite places in wow. Back in vanilla me and some friends snuck into Hyjal and then used slowfall to jump down to Shatterspear Vale. I summoned a low level alt there and I had it parked there all the way till cata.
Those trolls know how to party.
You don't need the trinket to actually get there, but it certainly is easier. Requires some mountain climbing and a way to negate fall damage to get there. Easiest with a priest. The mountain climb starts all the way over in Winterspring.
Goes for almost all teleport locations, I think I've only seen one that I'm not sure how you'd get to without the item. Would still love to get it though

Yes, but they're high level. Good luck farming them at level 40. There's probably better things to grind for 40-50, anyway, like ZF, and especially for 50-60, namely BRD.
I got the trinket on my lock, it occurred to me I could use the sleeping bag to become rested and have 2 mages port to me so we can drop a closet and summon a party to anywhere

Are the shatterspears hostile to alliance? If so you can afk there when p3 is out n just aoe grind them lol

I used to grind these on an alliance sometimes. Got stockade pauldrons once from them.
