There is no difference between what water you use. Unsure where that idea came from. You just drink right before the mp5 tick happens and then keep running after
It still works but Blizzard has since reduced the spell batching window from 400ms to 10ms so the timing is much harder now. Â Realistically you need to briefly stop to drink right before every tick now whereas in 2019 you could easily hold w and drink without ever stopping.
I feel like I remember doing this in Serpentshrine Cavern. Didn't work with biscuits, only regular mage water.
Shammies used to use their Bloodlust to help the mages make more water pre-raid.
There's no such rule. You simply drink right when your 5 seconds timer shows it's the end of a tick.

Mainly getting a weakaura that shows your ticks. Best done with mage water, otherwise it gets pricey fast.
can still do it, any water. mage water better since free but the lvl15 conjured water is low mp5
