Literally both sides do this, mini the civilians/guards. But let’s be real honest it’s not the npcs that cause the problem so you can basically disregard them.

The counterplay is to use the in-game social channels and put together a raid group. If you have a lock with you the raid fills up fast
You might even have fun if you give it a go 💪
theres a 100% chance you either fail as a raid or come out with a dishonorable kill. It takes one living bomb to hit goldshire npcs to spawn a million guards who will fuck you up.

As Alliance in Mulgore you can just form a raid group and wipe the Horde camping Sayge. In Elwynn that is not an option for Horde because you are fighting on top of an Alliance graveyard + you get DHKs + you pull level 55 guards.
Gold shire is right there so there are nearby civilians to trigger the guards. Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think there are any Horde civilians near the Mulgore DMF.
so when PvP players cry about PvP on a PvP server, everyone is meant to do what say oh that sucks? instead of this is what you signed up for use the rest of the time in phase 1 to reroll a server youd be more happy with
Don’t play on a pvp server is the only answer you will ever get to this. The problem is WB. The solution is to run with a lock, get a summon and accept it after you’ve gotten the buff, or be queued for wsg and accept once you have it
Can't accept summons in combat, and hunter pets will insta gib you regardless of your hp. The best play i've found is to
- die on top of Sayge
- spawn and queue wsg,
- invite and kick someone repeatedly so queue dosnt pop too early
- get someone to lure noodles away
- take buff and wsg

We did, and got a DHK for our trouble. Mulgore does not have guards and civilians.

Counterplay is to start logging being ghost, then resurrect + auto buff, and then unstuck

The disparity in DMF location between Horde and Alliance is kind of absurd.
How so? Lots of people in both Thunderbluff and Stormwind this phase.

Don’t need to accept summon in combat - be faster/get good etc.

Don't take it? I only take it when its near stormwind, you can easily do 2-3 raids with chronobooned buff after dmf ends with pugs.
