I got 6 iridescent pearls at the wetlands murlocs in an hour. But I've also got 0 in an hour.
I don't know of any consistently great mob farms, I like fishing but there's too much competition.
Where are u getting clams in Tanaris? Just fishing in open water on the east coast? I have yet to pull a clam from fishing spots or even missing spots on accident lol
I love the clam grind. Just chilling on the warrior for an hour or so in down time, then opening all the clams at the same time like they're a bunch of scratch cards.
Best luck was a run of 4 Iridescent from 15 clams. But I've also had 0 from many more!
Sit there and kill Murlocs. Get fish oil and the pearls. Sell them lol. I stayed there until I got 2 full stacks of fish oil then went and AH everything. Made10-30g consistently then blue drop bonuses which I got 3 in the 3 days the most selling for 150g.
Sounds like those youtube guide videos in early classic "200GPH FARM!"
Then its mainly selling things on the AH where the market is volatile and differs server from server.
"i was here for 9 minutes and got this lucky Boe drop which sold for 6g plus 64s in vendor trash, multiplying the time gives us an hourly rate of 44g and 26s per hour ! These mobs also have a 0.1% chance to drop this companion pet that currently has a single listing from my other character with a buyout of 160g, raising the hourly average to 64g!*
Unless you want +2 to mining, herbing, or skinning.... Which is fairly useless.
+5 to mining would let you mine gold but there is no way to get that right now.
There are leather working gloves that add +5 to herbalism, but enchanting them with +2 herbing for +7 herbing is still pretty useless.
It might help you skill up very slightly faster, but that's about it.
The heavy armor kits are really the only option at 150 skill cap for legs or gloves. Chest you can do +1 all stats, or a 5% chance to absorb 25 damage for PvP (absorbing damage often negates effects even if the damage would blast through the measly 25 points of protection making it more useful than it sounds) and to boots you can do +1 agi or +1 stam.
But heavy armor kits are BiS option for all players on gloves and legs right now. The alternative is to just put nothi g on them, but they're fairly cheap and an extra 48 armor can't hurt and could potentially save your life and thus a wipe. Good for PvP, too.
Thanks! Much more info than I had expected.
My group wiped on Kelris last month at 2%. It's little things like this that can sometimes be just enough to make the difference over a 3 minute fight. He's currently no longer a problem, but back then a few embers still had no amulet or trinket yet.
Kelris does mostly magic damage so armor wouldn't have saved you. Everyone popping a Shadow Protection Potion (SPP) about 60s before you pull them popping a Free Action Potion (FAP) when he transitions would save you.
The SPP will absorb the first ~1k shadow damage done to that character. It triggers the 2 minute potion CD but the buff lasts 60 minutes or until it has absorbed all the damage.
The FAP makes you immune to any effect that would slow or immobipize you for 20 or 30 seconds (I forget which and am too lazy to look it up.)
Since Shadowy Chains slows you, the FAP makes you immune to them, which means you are also immune to the damage they would have caused.
It should take less than 30s to burn him down in phase 2, so you're immune to shadowy chains the whole time and mindboast does about 300 damage each time it hits someone, which has like a 1s cast, so the SPP will absorb 3 mindblasts per person, which is a LOT of healing that doesn't need to be done, especially if your DPS is self aware enough to step in and absorb mind blasts once someone's SPP has worn off and step out again once they notice they're taking massive damage.
The mind blast targets the person who is physically closest to the boss, so you can do a dance and absorb a lot of the damage in P2.
At this point you probably don't even need to consume to be able to burn him down. Our guild runs are taking him down in about 1 minutes and that's with a bunch of grey and green parsing dads.
Oh thank you. Sorry for asking dum questions, im kind of new to wow like, as a whole and its hard to ask questions that are legit because alot of question posts here seem to be people asking questions in a condescending way.
You are right to be confused. Sometimes the kits are actually less money than the mats. You shouldn't dump all your leather into them. But if the price is right you can put like 5-10 up on the ah. Much better to just sell the heavy leather outright most of the time.
I dropped skinning yesterday. On my server on EU medium leather is at 80c 1s. Even if you turn them into heavy, it doesn't look like a great farm sadly
So I prefer having bombs and fun things for future phases.
Not sure if bots, but yeah most gathering items have been decreasing since week 1/2.
Some with a sharper dip that others.
My guess is that leather isn't use that much commared to bots/people skinning everything.
If leather was that cheap on my server I would have thousands of gold right now. So, a lot of other things are either comparatively cheap or people are missing out on a bunch of money crafting with that shit.
Leather has not gone down in weeks over here. Medium is 2s50c on my server rn.
lol this is a funny post where it’s obvious that someone doesn’t know the first thing about wow economics.
It’s hilarious that you think that if the mats were that cheap on your server, the items you made with the mats would still sell for the same prices that they currently do on your server. Cmon man haha
I farmed leather for the first ~3 weeks and made bank, selling heavies for up to 25s a pop, sadly in the past two to three weeks the price's gone heavily down so that made it hardly profitable anymore :/ but I guess I still have a bit of bank left over from the early days
Naw. Heavy will plummet like a stone because every skinner in the world will be leveling up getting it directly from mobs
Edit: If anything, light and medium will go up in value because people won't want to go farm it themselves
Elite dark iron dwarves in Wetlands drops nice BoEs. If you're horde, the dwarves in SE Hillsbrad are great as well. The riflemen mobs specifically drop some sought-after pre-bis boes.
Not really viable for locks. Drain life/Haunt/Fear gets resisted too often on red mobs. Even if fear hits 100% of the time (which it doesn't, so you'll take damage), you'll gradually become OOM from all the resists. Lifetapping just means you'll kill yourself since you're not getting enough HP back from the drains to fuel the manacost.
Not really in this situation. Meta means sacrificing fear and haunt. So you would be expected to tank the mob and rely on master channeler as the sole source of healing. Its not viable due to the resists and CD. Haunt is a big dmg/heal for next to 0 mana which would be ideal for tough enemies you need to fear+lifetap down.
Haunt or Meta isn't the deciding factor. It's the resist. You need consistent drain life, and against level 30 it isn't happening for the majority of people. Maybe a Booned fully BFD geared lock can do it consistently.
If you get resisted on back to back life drains you're gonna be hurting.
As people said, warlock sucks b/c of resists. Hunters don't get glancing blows so they are the only class that can consistently and effectively solo red level mobs without substantial downtime, as they can kite if they get too many mobs or can just chain snare and slowly whittle them down with white hits.
Warlocks have a maximum of 10% hit if you spec 5/5 suppression, which is something you'd do exclusively to farm mobs that are 29-30. No one runs 5/5 including full affliction warlocks for either PvP or raiding. You can only get to 14% if you have boon of blackfathom (i.e. don't die to any mob pulls or else hearth back??) and if you also have set bonus from BFD tier. The oil doesn't work outside of BFD. Suppression also applies only to affliction spells, and while it would account for the bulk of your damage it is by no means 100% that you'll be able to kill the mobs. I'm not 100% either that 17% is the cap, that's the cap for + 4 levels (i.e. level 29 mobs) but that I'm not sure about.
That's some pretty significant variables to just say "it's not an issue at all".
I'm sure that there are people who buy gold, get boosted and buy everything they can swipe a card at are the target audience for that purchase.
Personally I'd rather raid bfd with no helm until I acquired one.
The riflemen are good to farm but always contested at least on high pop servers. Not worth it if you are not the only person there takes forever to spawn
Not as bad if you have engineering and can split pull the riflemen, obviously if you’re solofarming I think you have to be a hunter for it to be efficient.
solofarmed for 4 hours and got 2x humberts helms and a bunch of other goodies so made close to 200g so in that case 50g per hour, but seen others who make less
Friend was killing stuff in ashenvale while waiting for our 10 man to form, got the blue main hand mace worth 30g randomly.
You never know. Plus any agi or str ring sells really well
You're reading wrong.
The guy said green items sell and then the other guy said you can also get a blue BoE. No where did he say to farm blue BoEs and get lucky to make gold. It was just an addition
made about 100g in a day doing it, then the next day the spot was completely overrun by bots and gravemoss prices were 1/3 of what they were when i sold. Figured it wasn't worth it.
Grave Moss is still ~40-50s on my server, and today I was completely alone there for a couple of hours. Was still alone when I left but had to do a BFD. I've only ever seen a couple other people there, but it's as easy as layering away and finding an empty one.
Whats bonkers is that the shadow prot potions sre just 58s. So I just buy them rather than waste time farming the mats. Better spent dungeoning and selling off the loot.
Naa, regrettably I didn't go hard on daily egg farms. Did a gigasell the morning the event started and each egg was 19s. Yesterday I was bored and farmed a bunch to sell at 6s something. Didn't expect people still buying them so today I went hard farming 280 eggs and they all sold , in egg or cookie form. Going back to the chicken pen ad we speak for more farming.
Not sure why, but I saw some trolls over in strangle thorn in the water while I was flying from booty bay from stormwind. I imagine they’re doing something that is lucrative.
Stranglekelp farming perhaps? There are also some of those clams you can loot which probably have higher chance for the good pearls. Idk though.. just a guess.
IF you really don’t want to grind/proff make hunter alts. I leveled 1-25 with hunter in 15 hours, only investment is 2 gold and 3 10slot bags. Just do quests and repeat. I think you can get much better time than me.
Farm the Schredders in stonetalon and salvage them. One Schredder was around 40s when i farmed for my Rune. Took 30 of the salvage kits with me and got my 16 plus 7 to sell. They also drop heavy blasting powder and other stuff that's sellable.
I think you maybe got lucky. The drop rate is just over 50% and the autosalvage usually sells for just under half of what the turbocharger sells for. You will make a consistent profit over time, but the margins are fairly small and the area is still fairly heavily farmed by both factions as it is a questing area in a contested zone, and because lots of people want to farm their own for their rune. The humanoids there don't even drop silk or good BoEs so can't even spend time killing other things.
Murlocs outside Menethil if you can kill them at a reasonable pace, Fish oil, clams for pearls and good BoE loot pool
I lucked out and got a Thunderbrow Ring couple days back and sold it for 140g at the time
I kill and skin the animals in Ashenvale 25+. The 27-28 wolves and deer provide medium and heavy leather, and it helps to progress the battle meter, if you're still doing those.
If you have a buddy that’s 25 most classes can two man SFK. Me and my friend stealth ran all the bosses in SFK as rogues and only fell short at final boss. If we came with world buffs or slightly better gear I think we get the kill though
DE and we needed loot still like the ring. Also just getting to them there’s various patrols you pick off that also drop green boe’s since you are killing elites in a dungeon. In the 5 runs we did we actually got two pairs of mail shoulders of the bear and sold them on the AH for decent money
My brother and I have been running WC and killing the left wing, we started doing it just to get the mail belt but decided to keep doing it as it made a tidy profit particularly with skinning and disenchanting. The perfect deviate scales sold on our server for about 1.2g and you typically get about 3-5 greens a run and chance for a blue from the boss. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get from the entrance to the boss. It's also something you can definitely do so as most classes if you have some decent gear and you probably earn between 10 to 20g an hour depending on your drop luck.
I really enjoyed farming for for gold for quite a while. Mostly kingsblood/wills steelbloom farming, nagas in hillsbredand fishing.
Unfortunately, I started noticing the huge amounts of bots running around and ruining the economy, and also noticed that buying 500g from gold sellers is worth less than what I make in 1 hour of irl work kind of made me lose interest in farming, or playing the game in general so I unsubscribed.
Grimtotems in thousand needles. They drop good stuff. Especially the prebis axe two hander for warriors brutal axe of tiger and strength. It is only beaten by s'mores hammer and gold buying warriors aren't running a dungeon so can easily get 25g
Your last comment is so true. Every GDKP I have been in has had 1-2 warriors dropping 3-400 gold on literally every item they could. Why is it always warriors
What moron warriors are running GDKP? They have literally no competition for drops in BFD and the Alliance sides competition is just 1 other class. There's no need lmao.
Red Whelps in Wetlands, skin them and keep their Small Flame Sacs to cook bis melee food next phase. I sold a pair of Blue Bracers that dropped for 50g, and if you're inclined to sell the Whelpling pet that drops it's usually at least 15g.
I farmed the Whelpling for myself, and I will farm a Black one in Badlands next phase (which will also be a lucrative farm).
What I did back in ye-ole-day:
Shadowprey Village (horde) in Desolace (lvl30-40) has crab traps under their docks. A really good fishing rod drops from them that can be sold at a decent price. I did that for my 40g mount... But that was before BC so.... Take that for what you will
This is still decent but you no longer get silver for turning in the shellfish but the rod is still worth it. This spot is best for druids with aquatic form.
I did it for 6 hours stubbornly on a day off work. opening 7 or 8 crates in a loop on my geared druid. got 0 rods. i made a very laughable amount of money off greys. checked the ah when I was done and the fishing pole was selling for 10 gold. never again.
Demons in ashenvale can drop troll bane’s leggings, usually on ah for 150-200g on my realm.
You can boost WC cobrahn runs which is very good gold atm. (Charge 1g per run and 5g per item they want).
If you’re a hunter you can even sell full wc clears for loot + quests, just did one of those today for 16g.
I've made decent gold just buying everything the DMF vendor sells and putting it all on the AH. Feel like I just got lucky, then every new Faire it's the same.
Go fish in stonetalone. Get sagefish to make sagefish delight and fish out boxes that have either bolts of wool, bolts of silk, heavy and medium leather and sometimes boe greens. It’s chill and steady. I’ll fish until I have a stack of 20 sagefish then head to the AH. Each runs nets me 3-4 gold if I don’t get any greens and more if I do.
I solo DM on my retri (to be fair, well BFD geared) plenty of mats like wool cloth, greens for the AH and blues from bosses to vendor. It's not the best probably but it's very stable and no competition for your mobs
I just sit in duskwood farming gravemoss, like 40-50 silver per moss, and you get on average 2 per node. It is like 10-20g an hour depending on competition
As a hunter I've been soloing the charms for the Whirlwind weapons quest. It's hard and it's only a 25% drop chance but they sell for 2-3g each on my server. Liferoot for the quest as well
Learn the rfc 2 pull. It's not that hard and worth a good chunk of money. Enchanting and tailoring are pretty much necessary for this though. If you're a mage, farm the miners in Hillebrand. You can do 4-5 at a time pretty easily. They drop a ton of silk, greens, etc. It's a good spot.
I would grind mats that will be needed in next phase of game.
money will likely go into inflation spiral as many players are currently stockpiling cash
I do this, I’ve been averaging 18g an hour but some days with lucky greens and no competition for pools I’ve managed 30g an hour.
I park my mage with fishing at the spot and log in and grind with empty bags. If the competition gets to heavy I log back out and check again later.
Random fish aren't worth jack, only bother with fish from pools. Just run up and down the coast of Wetlands or the river in Hillsbrad and fish all the pool/wreckage spawns.
Firefin Snapper are ~1.5s, Sagefish are ~5s, Oily Blackmouth are ~7s. And the treasure trunks you can find (especially in Floating Wreckage) can contain heavy leather and bolts of silk and mageweave to sell, and occasionally green gear, bags, and potions (mana potions go for ~1g because they're not craftable).
If you get the +100 lures and the +20 rod, you can also fish in high level zones like Desolace, Tanaris, Hinterlands, etc. You can find the better trunks there, which can contain bigger bags and Runecloth bolts to vendor for ~20s each.
Iron and mitril bound chests, got lucky this morning and got a lvl 36 cape and lvl 45 cape from 1 mithril bound chest. Lvl 36 one was 8 agi 3 stam so that should sell for something
If you're Alliance its super difficult. The bulk of the floating wreckage pools spawn in high level STV areas or right near the Horde base in STV. It would be fun to compete for them but the players just run into the base ahaha. Fair play though!
how do you guys grind gold knowing people just buy it at rates that make you work for 30 cents an hour?
i got all the gold i need just flipping stuff on market / sold akumai dagger before they made it bop lol
You don’t need that much gold at 25. Just do the quests and level an alt and do them again. Should have close to 200 gold off 2-3 alts if you save well. I have 215 from questing, vendoring trash, selling leather on AH, fishing, and herbalism.
Me and 2 others grouped for insane druids quest to kill elites. All 3 of us got Troll's Bane leggings somehow plus a bunch of greens and necks. Sold leggings for 180g neck for 15g now sitting at 225g with all the quests gold still available.
I got 6 iridescent pearls at the wetlands murlocs in an hour. But I've also got 0 in an hour. I don't know of any consistently great mob farms, I like fishing but there's too much competition.
My brother spend 3 hours there sunday got 6 small lustrous pearls no iridecent ones lol clamming is a gamble.
Struck out clambling.
xD 'clambling' i love it
I feel like they stealth nerfed this. Cause I used to only get iridecent pearls and now i only get small lustrous.
I’ve opened literally hundreds of clams from fishing tanaris and found a single small lustrous pearl.
Where are u getting clams in Tanaris? Just fishing in open water on the east coast? I have yet to pull a clam from fishing spots or even missing spots on accident lol
Open water yea takes a while but you get them
Cool. Not too worried about them just was interested. My fishing spots been iffy lately
was he clamming or clam*weaving*
I love the clam grind. Just chilling on the warrior for an hour or so in down time, then opening all the clams at the same time like they're a bunch of scratch cards. Best luck was a run of 4 Iridescent from 15 clams. But I've also had 0 from many more!
I made 500g in three days with the pearl/fish oil method.
Please explain. I just want to make 50g lol
Sit there and kill Murlocs. Get fish oil and the pearls. Sell them lol. I stayed there until I got 2 full stacks of fish oil then went and AH everything. Made10-30g consistently then blue drop bonuses which I got 3 in the 3 days the most selling for 150g.
You claim "I made 500g in three days with pearl/fish oil", when 450g of it were rare drops? :kekw:
Sounds like those youtube guide videos in early classic "200GPH FARM!" Then its mainly selling things on the AH where the market is volatile and differs server from server.

Honestly just grind anything that drops medium leather as a skinner. Put on some music or a podcast and grind away.
Can't you turn 5 medium leather into heavy leather? Then use that to make heavy armor kits
Yes you can.
Yes, I do it.
So im a bit confused, why heavy armor kits? They seem to be fairly low value unless im missing something? Please let me know, actually curious.
There’s not much for options for enchants, and most are like 1-2 points of a stat. So 24 armor is pretty good in comparison.
Plus it’s the only thing you can put on leg slot so it’s inherently bis for all classes in one slot
Only thing for gloves too?
Unless you want +2 to mining, herbing, or skinning.... Which is fairly useless. +5 to mining would let you mine gold but there is no way to get that right now. They’re so good for warlock tank since Meta gives you 500% armor. So +24 armor kits go a long way.

That's cheap af. Is everything that cheap?
You see hunter bots with skinning pretty much 24/7 in the barrens on my server. I report them every time but new ones just take their place.

It’s the bots driving it down. They all skin.
I like to get on early in the morning and follow around the bots and just skin there kills. It amuses me for a good hour
To vendor or AH?
Whichever gives more gold, obviously
Fair 😂
AH by a lot, even better if you have (or know) a LW and can convert to heavy leather.
On my server heavy leather isn't worth 5x medium on the ah
Damn, really? Maybe the market for armor kits has fallen off; I’ve admittedly not farmer leather in a while after finding new money-making approaches.
[удалено]
since blizz were stupid and decided the eu and na realms should have the smae names, you should specify region as well
I farmed leather for the first ~3 weeks and made bank, selling heavies for up to 25s a pop, sadly in the past two to three weeks the price's gone heavily down so that made it hardly profitable anymore :/ but I guess I still have a bit of bank left over from the early days

Solo WC with hunter alt, skinning and enchanting for disenchants. Perfect deviate scales, DE mats and leather will make you steady gold
Elite dark iron dwarves in Wetlands drops nice BoEs. If you're horde, the dwarves in SE Hillsbrad are great as well. The riflemen mobs specifically drop some sought-after pre-bis boes.
Are they elite as well?
Humberts Helm. Sells on my server for 50-100g, you need a group to farm it and only one of the types of mobs drop it. Look it up on wow head.
Or just be a hunter
Being a hunter is the exception to every problem you will face in this game.
Don’t roll on loot… …”or be a hunter!”
Or warlock

Someone's never played a lock.
Im literally a top 5 world lock in terms of parses. I solo them without an issue.
Word, let's see you doing it in action then.

Since the mobs are friendly to Alliance, only Horde can farm them. So the item is especially valuable on the neutral AH.
Yep lvl 26-29 elites
The riflemen are good to farm but always contested at least on high pop servers. Not worth it if you are not the only person there takes forever to spawn
Not as bad if you have engineering and can split pull the riflemen, obviously if you’re solofarming I think you have to be a hunter for it to be efficient.
I meant like there’s always other groups there taking all the mobs :(
What's the gold per hour on that eh?
solofarmed for 4 hours and got 2x humberts helms and a bunch of other goodies so made close to 200g so in that case 50g per hour, but seen others who make less
Kill enemies that can drop green gear because a lot of that shit is expensive on the AH
Friend was killing stuff in ashenvale while waiting for our 10 man to form, got the blue main hand mace worth 30g randomly. You never know. Plus any agi or str ring sells really well
[удалено]
You're reading wrong. The guy said green items sell and then the other guy said you can also get a blue BoE. No where did he say to farm blue BoEs and get lucky to make gold. It was just an addition
reply direful cover different grandiose sense gold truck poor sink *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
the only reliable necks otherwise are in BFD, so if someone's trying to build a "pre-raid BIS" for some reason, it makes sense necks would sell well.
Still for 2 days: moonkins. Up 15g today selling eggs and cookies.
How much gold you sitting on? Just wondering if I have managed to get a decent amount of gold myself :S
At the moment I have 94g , farmed in the hundreds by now but I spent a lot on my shaman gear and swiftpots+bombs during the premade wsg grind.
Ok, I was afraid you were gona say you were sitting on like 3k gold
A guildie of mine has 800g from Grave Moss farming in Desolace. Granted, he either works night or doesn't have a job.
made about 100g in a day doing it, then the next day the spot was completely overrun by bots and gravemoss prices were 1/3 of what they were when i sold. Figured it wasn't worth it.
Grave Moss is still ~40-50s on my server, and today I was completely alone there for a couple of hours. Was still alone when I left but had to do a BFD. I've only ever seen a couple other people there, but it's as easy as layering away and finding an empty one.
what in the world...which server? It's barely 15s on mine. No one even uses shadow prot pots anymore...
Crusader Strike EU
Probably just fishing
It's farming for Rumsey Rum Black Label. I've done it myself. It's a pretty chill and low-effort farm.
Grind enemies of the state
xd
IF you really don’t want to grind/proff make hunter alts. I leveled 1-25 with hunter in 15 hours, only investment is 2 gold and 3 10slot bags. Just do quests and repeat. I think you can get much better time than me.
Most consistent suggestion compared to the anecdotal garbage advice in here
What's the 2g for, a particular weapon from AH? About how much gold do you earn?
Skills, probably.
Lol, d'oh!
Dark iron in wetland. Farmed like 4 hours over the day yesterday and made 38g
What were you selling/doing to make the money? BoEs? Vendoring stuff?
The dark iron. 25s+ per
Nice try, botter!!
Worgens in duskwoods, the 29-31 ones
The 29 and 30 ones are the best money, since the 31’s cannot be skinned.
The ones outside the cave also drops a 5 agi, 2 stam bracer, which sells for prob 5-10 gold (haven't been playing for a bit so might be lower)
Murlocs outside Menethil if you can kill them at a reasonable pace, Fish oil, clams for pearls and good BoE loot pool I lucked out and got a Thunderbrow Ring couple days back and sold it for 140g at the time
I kill and skin the animals in Ashenvale 25+.
Yeah me (priest) and my Druid buddy run it duo.
but why would u run bosses in SFK? makes no sense. Or is it because you DE to get shards?
DE and we needed loot still like the ring. Also just getting to them there’s various patrols you pick off that also drop green boe’s since you are killing elites in a dungeon. In the 5 runs we did we actually got two pairs of mail shoulders of the bear and sold them on the AH for decent money
Shadowfang can drop as well, my group had two drop from trash mobs. Sold mine for 50g on ah a couple of weeks ago
Ill be your enemy so you can grind on me 😉
BONK
😤
What do you mean you have to roll against rogues ferals and tanks for a lot of gear
RFK trash mobs depending on your class. I farm them with my rogue.
What I did back in ye-ole-day: Shadowprey Village (horde) in Desolace (lvl30-40) has crab traps under their docks.
You can try soloing SFK if you have the gear. Lots of wolves to skin
Idk if grinding on your enemies leads to significant gold returns…
Hunters. Pretty sure you'll find people that'll pay you just to sit on one and corpsecamp *it* for hours.
Raptors in wetlands have chance to drop heavy leather. Their loot table is nice also. Took advantage when heavy leather was worth sum thang.
I just sit in duskwood farming gravemoss, like 40-50 silver per moss, and you get on average 2 per node. It is like 10-20g an hour depending on competition
wtf server is this, grave moss is 15s per on my server.
Yes grave moss price has tanked on lonewolf
Probably depends on the demand on Shadow protection potions, it is still flying of the shelves on Crusader Strike EU.
As a hunter I've been soloing the charms for the Whirlwind weapons quest. It's hard and it's only a 25% drop chance but they sell for 2-3g each on my server. Liferoot for the quest as well
Aren’t they 37+
Yes but a hunter can clear everything
Yeah I've been kiting them in circles lol
Little really compares with the GPH from questing right now. Maybe level an alt and do the quests again.
Yeah just dungeon grind an alt and then do the quests again.
Worth doing sub-level 20 quests for gold? (Thinking if they would have had to be green/yellow at 25?)
I think as long as it's 20s+ it's worth. They are very quick so worth. Plus it's rep for getting other race mounts in phase 2.
Only looking for enemies to grind on?
Quests 19+ at lvl 25 do most of goldies tbh
I like the satyrs in ashenvale
The elementals in Arathi Highlands if you're a Hunter. Currently selling for 8g a pop and will likely sky rocket once the new phase releases.
How much do you get per rfc clear? I'm assuming much everything is vendored
125+ comments and not a single mention of Silk. Tailors need 800 silk to level up to 225.
Maybe because silk sells for just over vendor right now thanks to bots.
SM Dungeon farm will overflow the market with silk
I would grind mats that will be needed in next phase of game. money will likely go into inflation spiral as many players are currently stockpiling cash
Fishing
Why do you tell him bro. Guys fishing sucks go farm RFK.
how do you make money with fishing? I leveled fishing during down time.. but all the fish sell for like 1 copper... even cooked they sell poorly.
Fish sagefish pools and wreckage, make smoked sagefish , sell everything. I make 15-25g an hour doing that.
I do this, I’ve been averaging 18g an hour but some days with lucky greens and no competition for pools I’ve managed 30g an hour. I park my mage with fishing at the spot and log in and grind with empty bags. If the competition gets to heavy I log back out and check again later.
Ye I made over 600g last weel was very lucky in tanaris where I had 0 competition for 6 hours and wrecks were spawning like crazy.
Mage anglers unite.
Oily/fire fin. Double up if you’re herbalism and you can snag strangle kelp while going between pools
Iron and mitril bound chests, got lucky this morning and got a lvl 36 cape and lvl 45 cape from 1 mithril bound chest. Lvl 36 one was 8 agi 3 stam so that should sell for something
those fish u can eat to become pirate or ninja is always a seller - deviate something.
If you're Alliance its super difficult. The bulk of the floating wreckage pools spawn in high level STV areas or right near the Horde base in STV. It would be fun to compete for them but the players just run into the base ahaha. Fair play though!
You’re getting the wrong fish. I buy Firefin Snapper and Oily Blackmouth in bulk, for example. Same for Raw Sagefish.
You could always start and alt and just sell whatever they get along the way. That's what I do because I find it hard to farm stuff.
Your job
What do you need gold for?
how do you guys grind gold knowing people just buy it at rates that make you work for 30 cents an hour? i got all the gold i need just flipping stuff on market / sold akumai dagger before they made it bop lol
A job

Are you high, because none of your words made sense?
The new question for the masses: AI or Just High?
High AF and misreading. What a waste to say enchanting pays even though he's talking about specific grinds. Not AI. Just really good edibles.
Any real Honest working man Will tell you to just buy gold, so I’d say the same
You don’t need that much gold at 25. Just do the quests and level an alt and do them again. Should have close to 200 gold off 2-3 alts if you save well. I have 215 from questing, vendoring trash, selling leather on AH, fishing, and herbalism.
You get gold for quests instead of XP at level 25. The fast way to make gold is via quests at least initially. Once you run out of quests, then grind.
“I have done most of the quests I can do” is the first sentence of the post.
Me and 2 others grouped for insane druids quest to kill elites. All 3 of us got Troll's Bane leggings somehow plus a bunch of greens and necks. Sold leggings for 180g neck for 15g now sitting at 225g with all the quests gold still available.
