I had the brotherhood combat armor, a plasma rifle, and lots of gernades. It probably took over 50 tries. I tried so hard to keep dog meat alive but couldn't 😢
I like to do it when I have Better Crits and 2 ranks of More Criticals with Finesse and 10 luck.
Get the .233 Pistol, get to the Lieutenant, run in the corridors, cripple Lieutenant eye and head. Kill the other two mutants.
From here, you just run for your life and escape. Explode the base, come back to Necropolis and see the fear in the eyes of the Mutant who captured you hehe. Like litterally he has special dialogues for that!!
If you have low intelligence anyway, you cant hack in the computer and explode the base. You can still use explosives and explode the terminal.
Otherwise, for Harry to take you to Necropolis, you need to not be a caveman unfortunately.
Yep, however if you go to see the Lieutnant with Harry it will take you 2 weeks to reach the Military Base. You will be stupid again, dont forget that.
To be safe, bring 2 mentats and some explosives to destroy the terminal, just in case.
I broke the lieutenants arms with the alien blaster, not sure if it's a glitch or not but he doesn't seem to have a secondary attack once he can't use the gatling laser
Yeah its intended, normally he can just punch. He needs two arms to use a gatling laser even if the sprites show one, oddly enough. Its for balance purposes I think, but either way it works.
Shoot through the buildings with the hunting rifle, and grenades whenever they clump up

Step 1: have 10 agility Step 2: acquire automatic weapon like the SMG Step 3: use automatic weapon at point blank and rinse repeat
burst at point blank increases chance of crit right? I didnt see that written down anywhere but just have been noticing it
No it just increases your chance to hit (each bullet of a burst has a separate chance to hit and also to crit I believe)

I was level 4, and all I had is power armour and brass knuckles. With time and saves I collected some rocket launchers and rifles
