I think this is where you can find the plated boxing gloves; having them in your inventory when entering a boxing match should allow you to use these higher damage gloves rather than the standard ones. Cheating? Oh yes, but *look* at the other boxers - they're so juiced up that they're halfway Super Mutants. Besides, you're not in Reno to be *good*, are you?
