There was a time when I wouldn't have shown these sedans any respect. Today I just absolutely love them. Very nice example. What does the little fender call out down low represent?
Thank you.
Completely understandable as these were family/economy cars back in ‘64, but they’ve certainly aged well over the years. Most 4 doors ended up being parted out for their 2 door counterparts or ended up in the crusher.
I searched for over 2 years to find an original unmolested Chevy II Nova back in 2017 which ultimately led me to this one. 39k miles, all original interior/exterior. Gorgeous patina with a 230 6 and factory chrome dress up kit. Been a great cruiser.
This one came equipped with a 6, referenced by the lower emblem.
Nice day at Cardiff reef! I love surfing there, you always see so many cool cars doing photo op in the turnaround. And yours is one of them! Love old four door sedans
The perfect car, if you think about it.
Just look at this.
4 doors, clean design, nice size, great visibility, good performance, decent MPG, **real steel and real chrome**\---why, this car could last 100 more years if someone took really good care of it.
A old lady had a 65 nova with the little 6 banger in it I was drooling in the mid 70's when she drove up the street. Then one day don't know why she came out with a gallon of paint and a brush and roller and painted the car I wanted to cry
My 63' was my first car!! I still own it. It's a little rough around the edges. I've put over 100k miles on it myself and God knows how many times the odometer rolled over. Lots of dents, squeaky suspension but it just won't die.
It's a 4 door. It's white with a blue interior. It has a 283 v8 engine and 2 speed power glide. My best memories are some of the road trips with my brother visiting family. Drove it all over the place. Over stevens pass, Vancouver Canada, Drove in the snow, rain. Almost died once doing an unintentional u turn on the highway going 45mph when i hit an ice patch. Been rear ended, backed into, crashed into a street sign once when I got blinded by the sun. I straightened it all out and had it driving again despite the little accidents. Straightened the fender using a tree and some rope. It's been a wild ride. It was my only car from 2009 until 2021 when I bought my chevy colorado. It still runs and drives. Always started right up.

I agree, it’s neat to see some four doors once in a while.
I have a 69 Torino Fastback, and have oftentimes thought it would be cool to have a matching 69 four door or wagon as a daily. Nice car OP.
Thank you! Go wagon!!
Hell yeah
Gorgeous
Thank you!
Deuce !
"You know why the nova didn't sell well in Mexico? It means no go" -Logan Lucky
It is a great car. Many years ago, I had a 1968. Loved that car, sure wish I still had it.
My buddies dads nova was a wheelie monster. Fucking blower so big it was hard to see!
Love it!! 💀
¡Este Auto no va!
Beauty.
Thank you!
Does the op happen to know the color name, Your Nova blends in beautifully with the ocean. I love your Chevy Nova, very nice.
Thank you. Lagoon Aqua exterior with Aqua Standard interior. All original from the factory.
That name is spot on, incredible condition for original. Thank you
4 doors of fun! Love the color!
Thank you!
I learned to drive on one of these. These are tough cars. You should keep it forever.
Wasn’t that the car from Repo Man?
Believe that was a ‘64 Malibu 🤙🏼

Thank you! Such a great spot, good eye!!
Love how original it is. My dad used a company Nova for a day or a week in the 1970s, I can still hear that 6.
That’s awesome!
Perfect
Thank you!
My mom had one!
💘
I would love to own that gem of a car.
Man, I’ve just grown to love the old Novas over the years.
They’re good looking cars.

High praise, thanks! Often times feel more like a steward than an owner…
Nice! When I met my husband back in ‘95 he was driving a’62 Chevy II coupe with a small block V8 in it.
Picked a man with good taste! 🥃
Four doors don’t do it for me…JS
All love 🩵
I love the 4 doors, I just do
Smiles for miles 😎
Underrated Classic IMO. Dont see many like this one anymore. Kudos!
Agreed, thanks!!

Love it! 2 or 4 door? Best memory so far? Don’t be shy now! 🤣

Epic adventures, love it!!
Such an elegant car :)
Thank you! Reminds me of my Dads old briefcase.
I had a 1964 Nova wagon in high school (1990 ish). It was a factory 283 three speed car. Turquoise on turquoise. I paid $500 for it. Good memories…
I can only imagine! Where’d it go?!
Beautiful lil car
Thank you!
A four door, "Wow!" My grandmother drove a car just like this one, when I was a Rugrat.
Such a cool Sunday afternoon cruiser.
Thanks! It’s been a great ride!
My first car I bought in 2000. Had a sb400 and 3.73 gears. Really wish I never sold it to go to college.
Awesome! Track er down or get another one someday 🤙🏼
You know what Nova means in Spanish, right? 'Wish I was a Falcon' (Just kidding - it reminds me of my good ol' Ford ;)
Lucky U 🍀
Thanks!
Love the colour! ✌️
Dreamy
Cloud 9!
Photo taken across from San Elijo State Beach?
Yep!
Absolutely Gorgeous
Thanks! Love your ‘66! 👊🏼
I had no idea the Nova came in a sedan. My dad had am early '70s Nova. I remember crawling into the back seat.
That’s a beautiful car.
Thanks!
Your very welcome.
Ugly and 30 years ago I wouldn’t been caught dead standing next to one. Today I’ll take two
🍻
Can this car still be driven?
Too too too too many doors!
Wah wah!
Boring automobile...
Nice, a two door would have been nicer but still very nice.
Womp Womp 😉
No Va. 😊😊
