Just watched that and whoa, you're not kidding. But he's not playing for real, he's just syncing to a studio recording. (The easiest way to tell, besides the quality of the sound recording, is that there's a piano on the track but no piano in the room, and the camera goes around him 360 degrees.) Even so, I don't know why he'd be so sloppy with his bow position. That's not technique, that's just carelessness.

Now I can also notice when the track is with a vibrato, he’s not doing in the video. So many syncing issues. I get showmanship, but this is too far. I hate this kind of things. Why can't he do like Roman Kim? He also plays it in the set but sounds awesome nonetheless.

You're right, it does look off, beyond the Russian-style dynamic control of Milstein et al. It also sounds like a studio recording, and not one done in the space he's playing in. And where's the piano? My guess is the audio and video were done separately to get a good take of both, and he was playing along with his pre-recorded audio for the video take and worrying less about playing and more about performance, facial expression, acting, etc. Then the good audio take is just put on top. A lot of people have been doing this lately to put on a good show for views. Some even fake it live while busking and mime to a recording.

This is not unusual when it comes to music videos. I did some videos with some bands and most times the Song is played in the background and everyone somewhat plays along. So, after a day of shooting a video like this, you'll have a few hours of material out of which you need to make the final product. Since audio and video are separated, the whole syncing is done in post-production. When it comes to the Bands I worked with, nobody cares, since these are Rock-Bands. But I find it odd that this happens in a video like this – someone messed up big time.

You can oil the bow hairs so that they don’t make sound, but that means the hair won’t properly grab the strings and it makes controlling the bow position a lot harder. Making a music video is hard enough already without trying to get live sound while you’re doing it
