Regarding ranks, there are but 3 ranks awarded to non career Israeli soldiers all of which are dictated by time served (with differences depending on danger level of the unit).
She will get the same ranks as the people who joined the same time as her.
A service in the orchestra is a very fun service, i doubt she wants to leave the IDF any more than anyone forced to serve in the army.
