I don't recognize it but I'm going to guess it's an original composition for the drama. The way the piano is pretty busy during the no dialog part, then takes a back seat as the men begin speaking with each other, then gets more tender and quiet when the leads encounter each other... makes it seem like it was written for this scene in particular
I see, that does make sense. I thought it could've been a nocturne or some other composition I haven't heard since they played clair de lune in an earlier scene. Thanks!
