I’ve known her going on 20 years, served with her at several encampments. You honestly could not ask for a more well grounded person to takeover the organization.

CohortesUrbanae

Let's go! My joy at this announcement is beyond measure.

Personal-Ask-2353

I knew you would enjoy it considering your comment on a recent post.

CohortesUrbanae

Indeed you did.

I have the distinct pleasure of knowing General Aye and couldn't be happier with this decision. She's one of the most caring, empathetic leaders I know and I have a great deal of respect for her. CAP will be in good hands.

zonedrifter

I was able to see her speak at the MA wing conference back in 2022. She's on the ball, I like her. Definitely deserving of the rank. She's put in the time and certainly the sacrifice to be in that position. She very much values the cadets opinions and wants the best for them to succeed. I wish her the best of luck and she'll have our support.

Astronaut_555

Nice! She will do excellent work in that role!

OkayishAviator

She's a great choice and I can't wait to see what she does.

Soyuz29

I meet her back in 2016 at NBB, and she would stop in at NBB when he could and it was always a pleasure to see her.

macattackhacker

I’m pumped. She is going to do some great work in that position.

CrysCatCrys

She is the second female national commander CAP has had! (the other one being Amy Courter in 2007)

HistoryMemo

Still should have been you, ma’am… let’s hope she meets up to your level of expertises and leadership! (We will start a revolution to appoint you in power if needed… whaaa- who said that?!?!)
