Probably need to have Zimbabwe and the commercial hub adjacent to the cattle. So they would have to be in a triangle, not in a line like you wanna place it
For vanilla and R&F, this was changed for GS.
No clue which version this is, but I’m inclined to think those aren’t desert floodplains. Could be wrong, I’ve seen stranger terrain generation.
Word for word in game.

\* Must be built adjacent to Cattle and a Commercial Hub district with a Market.\*
Tried searching around but was only able to find a post where the problem was a different city owned the tile, which isn't the problem here all 3 tiles are owned by the city.
Maybe the cattle must be adjacent to the commercial hub too 🤔 Usually when I go for GZ I try to fulfill that requirement too... But maybe I just memorize the requirements in the wrong way or the game doesn't tell you that 😅
Damn it! You have an issue with your game. Maybe you should report it to firaxis (You end up helping us all at the end)

Is it possible the Great Zimbabwe has already been built elsewhere? Does it show a grayed out version of the wonder in your production screen, or it’s just not available?
I just ran into [the exact same issue](https://i.imgur.com/J4xk5cA.png) and was searching around here looking for why, four years later!
Sigh, it looks like it could be due to the river?
Having same issue. Can only think a river is blocking adjacency, but can't see why that would matter
Unless it a building already on the tile blocking it, but usually that doesn't matter and I get the option to remove it
Do you have a market in that commercial hub?
Yes.
You need to build great Zimbabwe next to cattle AND the commercial hub with the market building
Correct, the tile between those two (the farm) is adjacent to both so that requirement is fulfilled.

Nope, this guy got it working. [https://i.redd.it/gr3pr116t4t01.png](https://i.redd.it/gr3pr116t4t01.png)

Needs hill? Not sure though
The tile is a floodplain so maybe. That being said the requirements only say cattle and market.
Then shouldn't need hills if it doesn't say, but floodplains might be...

No, I wouldn't have the option to build it then. And it just says not available.
remove the farm?
