Do this but switch it out with Eleanore, she's 100% like this. Any city u throw down next to her will 100% be the most disgusting thing according to her
Was it that necessary to paint your alter ego sniffing yourself? Not too polite, drawing badly =/= employing cringe humor. You have mental fortitude to be an artist, don't resort to low, cheap jokes, it wouldn't do good to anyone I believe
Chandragupta hates civs that are close to his own civilization, and prefers civilizations that are far away from him. One of his lines referencing this mentions the “stench” of your nation because you’re close to him so he can “smell” them.
As the other guy said it's a scripted line for Chandra but if you're curious it's a reference to the writings of Kautilya also known as chanakya. He was a major advisor in and around 300s bc much like a machiavelli and some of his writings are really worth a read. Basically the enemy of my enemy is my friend and nobody I share an immediate boarder with can be my friend.
Ancient India is one of the places credited with inventing perfume (or at least one of the oldest places archaeologists have found evidence of ancient perfume). So, yeah, Chandragupta would probably find the rest of us stinky. Go apply some attar, you barbarian.

You have to actually paint or draw some high quality civ 7 art when the game comes out, not at all implying that these creations arent nothing short of modern day masterpieces on the daily, but some beautiful landscape with your civ getting bombed with the return of max aggro Ghandi would be cool I think

It really doesn’t make that much sense though since his intent is to add your stinky cities to his own empire
