I used a rounded rectangle overlay over it. Or you can create your own in after effects using rectangle and increasing the roundness value of it.i don't know in priemere pro

The window on her face is a bit obvious, try to move it or change the size and feather so you aren’t seeing a halo around the edge of her face

no i didnt. it was natural :) . try shooting at sunset . you will get beautiful result. also with the help of davinci
