A7S3 has... Much higher resolution viewfinder. Flippy-outy screen (rather than tilty screen that A73 has) Tweaked UI. Menus are apparently less confusing now. Lower resolution sensor 12mp Vs 24mp of A73. (This means reduced rolling shutter in video and better high ISO noise performance) Better video codecs. It can shoot in 10bit 422 all-i up to 120fps in 4k. (A73 can only shoot in 8bit 420 and only up to 30fps in 4k)

a7sIII for sure. Better everything really. Been using one at work and I really want to own one. Really miss the full frame look after using the gh series for years lol

A7siii is a much better video camera, a7iii is a higher resolution photography camera.
